What are the responsibilities lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teachers in assessingprimary school studentsin Vietnam?

Under Clause 1, Article 16 lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Regulations on Assessment lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Primary School Students issued with Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT, the responsibilities lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teachers in assessingprimary school studentsin Vietnam are as follows:

- assessing and consolidating academic results lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students in class; finishing student assessment documents as per the law; conducting inspection for acceptance and transferring student academic results to the next grade.

- informing students’ parents individually about assessment results lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay studying and training processes and academic assessment results lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay each student.

-guiding students to provide feedback on themselves and their peers. Informing students’ parents about assessment criteria and methods according to these Regulations; cooperating and guiding students’ parents to participate in assessment process.

Additionally, teachers shall monitor progression lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students, record notes for students with incomplete contents or students with progression in studying and training.

What are the objectives and requirements forassessingprimary school studentsin Vietnam?

(1) Objectives

Under Article 3 lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Regulations on Assessment lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Primary School Students issued with Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT, the assessment aims to provide information accurately, promptly, identify studying and training results depending on requirements on formal primary education program and progression lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students to guide academic activities, adjust teaching activities to improve education quality, to be specific:

-Assist teachers in adjusting and renovating organization format and education methods in teaching and academic processes; promptly acknowledge efforts and progress lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students to motivate, encourage and detect insurmountable obstacles lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students to guide, support in order to improve studying and training effectiveness lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students; in part to implement objectives lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary education level.

-Help students develop ability to self-reflect, reflect, self-study, adjust studying methods, communicate, cooperate, interest in learning and training for improvement.

- Assist student’s parents or guardians (hereinafter referred to as “student’s parents”) in assessing studying, training progress and results, processes lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay forming and developing traits, capacities lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students; actively cooperating with schools in educating students.

-Assist education management officials lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay all levels to promptly direct education activities, renovate teaching methods and assessment methods to achieve education effectiveness.

- Assist social organization in acknowledging accurate and objective information, develop social sources for investment in development lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education.

(2) Requirements

According to Article 4 lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Regulations on Assessment lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Primary School Students issued with Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT, the assessmentof primary school students must ensure the following requirements:

- Assess students via level lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay satisfaction lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements and specific display lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay capacities in subjects, academic activities, traits and capabilities lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students required by formal primary education program.

-Conduct regular assessment by feedback, periodic assessment in form lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay scores in combination with comments; combine assessment lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teachers, students, students' parents in which teachers’ assessment holds the highest priority.

-Assess progression and do so for the progression lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students; emphasize encouragement and motivation lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay efforts in studying and training lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students; assist students in making the best lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay their capabilities and efforts; guarantee timeliness, fairness and transparency; refrain from comparing one student to another, refrain from pressuring students, teachers or students' parents.
