Encourage localities with conditions to implement integrated education programs as per regulations; apply advanced and modern educational models, promote cooperation and international integration to meet đá bóng trực tiếp diverse learning needs of learners.
Effectively and efficiently implement management solutions for educational institutions carrying out international Joint educations using integrated educational programs that have been appraised, approved, and allowed to be implemented by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training.
Departments of Education and Training need to proactively review đá bóng trực tiếp conditions ensuring đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of Joint educations and integrated educational programs in accordance with conformable standards.
Strictly prohibit educational institutions from organizing international Joint educations without ensuring implementation conditions.

According to Article 7 ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CP:
Educational Programs, Facilities, and Teaching Staff
1. Educational Programs.
a) đá bóng trực tiếp foreign educational program incorporated must be accredited for educational quality in đá bóng trực tiếp hosting country or recognized for educational quality by competent educational authorities or organizations in đá bóng trực tiếp hosting country;
b) đá bóng trực tiếp integrated educational program must ensure đá bóng trực tiếp objectives of Vietnam’s educational program and meet đá bóng trực tiếp requirements of đá bóng trực tiếp foreign educational program; students are not required to retake đá bóng trực tiếp same content, ensuring stability until đá bóng trực tiếp end of đá bóng trực tiếp educational stage and linkage between educational stages for đá bóng trực tiếp benefit of students, ensuring voluntary participation without overloading đá bóng trực tiếp students;
c) đá bóng trực tiếp integrated educational program must be approved by a competent authority. đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training specifies đá bóng trực tiếp integration of đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnamese educational program with đá bóng trực tiếp foreign educational program.
2. Class size and facilities must meet đá bóng trực tiếp requirements of đá bóng trực tiếp integrated educational program and not affect đá bóng trực tiếp overall teaching activities of đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnamese educational institution participating in đá bóng trực tiếp Joint education.
3. Teaching Staff.
a) Vietnamese teachers teaching đá bóng trực tiếp integrated educational program must meet đá bóng trực tiếp standard training level of đá bóng trực tiếp educational stage as prescribed by Vietnamese law;
b) Foreign teachers teaching đá bóng trực tiếp integrated educational program must have a university degree suitable for đá bóng trực tiếp teaching specialty and a teaching certificate or its equivalent;
c) Teachers teaching đá bóng trực tiếp integrated educational program in a foreign language must have a foreign language proficiency meeting đá bóng trực tiếp integrated program’s requirements and not lower than Level 5 according to đá bóng trực tiếp 6-level Vietnamese language proficiency framework or its equivalent.
Therefore, in accordance with đá bóng trực tiếp above regulations, đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of đá bóng trực tiếp international Joint education program integrated into teaching must undergo quality accreditation in đá bóng trực tiếp hosting country or be recognized for educational quality by competent educational authorities or organizations in đá bóng trực tiếp hosting country.
Who has đá bóng trực tiếp authority to approve integrated joint education in Vietnam?
According to Article 10 ofDecree 86/2018/ND-CP:
Authority, Procedures for Approving Joint educations
1. Authority, procedures for approving international Joint educations.
a) Directors of Departments of Education and Training approve international Joint educations;
b) Partnerships submit 01 dossier directly or by post to đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training;
c) Within 10 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp date of receipt of đá bóng trực tiếp complete dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 9 of this Decree, đá bóng trực tiếp dossier-receiving authority is responsible for appraising đá bóng trực tiếp dossier, presenting it to đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training for approval of đá bóng trực tiếp integrated educational program as prescribed at point c, clause 1, Article 7 of this Decree;
d) If đá bóng trực tiếp dossier is incomplete, within 05 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp date of receipt of đá bóng trực tiếp dossier, đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training shall notify in writing, directly or by post or email, to đá bóng trực tiếp partnerships concerned;
đ) Within 05 working days from receiving đá bóng trực tiếp results of đá bóng trực tiếp integrated program appraisal from đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training shall decide on đá bóng trực tiếp approval of đá bóng trực tiếp Joint education according to Form No. 03 in đá bóng trực tiếp Appendix issued with this Decree. If đá bóng trực tiếp Joint education is not approved, đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training shall provide a written response stating đá bóng trực tiếp reasons.
2. Authority, procedures for approving đá bóng trực tiếp integrated educational program.
a) đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training approves đá bóng trực tiếp integrated educational program;
b) đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training submits 01 dossier directly or by post to đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training;
c) Within 20 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp date of receipt of đá bóng trực tiếp complete dossier as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 9 of this Decree, đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training has đá bóng trực tiếp responsibility to appraise đá bóng trực tiếp integrated educational program and notify đá bóng trực tiếp results in writing to đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training;
d) If đá bóng trực tiếp dossier is incomplete, within 05 working days from đá bóng trực tiếp date of receipt of đá bóng trực tiếp dossier, đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training shall notify in writing, directly or by post or email, to đá bóng trực tiếp submitting Department of Education and Training.
Therefore, according to đá bóng trực tiếp above regulations, đá bóng trực tiếp authority to approve Integrated joint education lies with đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training of Vietnam.
