It aims to provide children, students with basic movement knowledge and skills, form the habit of practicing physical exercises and sports to enhance health, develop physical strength, stature, and contribute to the realization of comprehensive educational objectives.

Scope and regulated entities
- This Decree regulates physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and sports activities in schools.
- This Decree applies to the schools within the national trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay system, including: Nursery schools, kindergartens, preschools; primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, multi-level schools; intermediate schools, colleges; universities, academies, regional universities, and national universities (hereinafter collectively referred to as schools) and related organizations and individuals.

1. The Physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay syllabus is part of the general trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay curriculum, vocational trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and training, higher trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay; physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay content is part of the preschool trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program, expressing the physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay goals; stipulating standards of knowledge, skills, scope, and structure of physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay content, the method, and form of organizing physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay activities, the method of assessing the results of the Physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay course at each educational level or training degree.
2. Authority to promulgate the Physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay syllabus
a) The Minister of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and Training promulgates the Physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay syllabus under the general trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program, physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay content under the preschool trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program;
b) Directors of universities, academies, and Rectors of universities are responsible for developing, appraising, and promulgating the school's training program, including the Physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay syllabus in accordance with the Minister of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and Training's regulations;
c) Rectors of colleges and intermediate schools are responsible for developing, appraising, and promulgating the school's training program, which includes the Physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay syllabus in accordance with the Head of the state management agency on vocational trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and training at the Central level.
Thus, the authority to promulgate the Physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay syllabus is regulated as follows:

- Be eligible for training, fostering, and enhancing knowledge, professional proficiency, methods, forms, and skills in organizing sports activities in schools.
- Given opportunities to participate in training for the school's team members.
- Enjoy the rights and policies for teachers, lecturers, and other policies in the field of physical exercises and sports according to current regulations.
Moreover, physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teachers have the following tasks:
- Advise school leaders to diversify forms of organizing sports activities; play a core role in organizing sports activities; manage, direct, and guide the establishment of sports clubs, maintain and develop the sports movement in schools.
- Based on the learners' needs and the school's actual conditions, proactively advise and mobilize resources for the school's physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teachers and invite external instructors to participate in professional guidance to efficiently organize sports activities.
- Detect and nurture students with sports talent to participate in local, national, and international sports competitions; propose specific solutions to assist students with weak physical conditions not meeting Physical trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program standards or evaluation criteria; students with congenital conditions to be exempted or to practice with appropriate content and forms.
- Performother tasks of a teacher according to current regulations.
