- Strictly comply with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations of foreign educational institutions and commitments, regulations of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay direct management agency (for those with a workplace), and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sending agency; maintain and develop friendly relations with organizations, individuals, and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local community of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay host country;
