1. Continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp is conducted at continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutions, general bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutions, vocational bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutions, higher bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutions, cultural centers, workplaces, residential communities, through mass media, and other means.

2. Continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutions include:

a) Continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp centers;

b) Vocational and continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp centers;

c) Community learning centers;

d) Other centers performing continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp missions.

3. The implementation of the continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp programs by continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutions is regulated as follows:

a) Continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp centers, vocational and continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp centers implement the programs specified in Clause 1, Article 43 of this Law, except for programs conferring intermediate diplomas, college diplomas, or bachelor's degrees;

b) Community learning centers implement the programs specified in Points a and b, Clause 1, Article 43 of this Law;

c) Other centers performing continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp missions implement the programs specified in Points b and c, Clause 1, Article 43 of this Law.

4. General bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutions, vocational bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutions, higher bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutions implementing continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp programs must ensure their educational and training missions, and may only implement programs specified in Point d, Clause 1, Article 43 of this Law with approval from the competent state bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp management authority.

5. Training cooperation at the university level in a "work and study at the same time" format is conducted according to the provisions of the Higher bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Law.

Thus, community learning centers are one of the types of continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institutions.

c) Training and professional capacity enhancement programs;

d) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp programs within the framework for awarding degrees of the national bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp system.

2. Forms of implementing continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp programs include:

a) Work and study simultaneously;

b) Distance learning;

c) Self-study, guided self-study;

d) Other forms of learning as per learners' needs.

3. The content of continuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp programs specified in Points a, b, and c of Clause 1 must ensure practical applicability to help learners improve their capabilities in labor, production, work, and quality of life.
