Admission Requirements
- Requirements for applicants:
a) Have graduated or met kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp conditions for university graduation recognition (or equivalent or higher) in a relevant field; for research-oriented programs, graduation with a grade of fairly good or higher or have scientific publications related to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp field of study and research is required;
b) Have foreign language proficiency from Level 3 or higher according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam;
c) Meet other requirements of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp educational program standards promulgated by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp educational program.

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp duration in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp standard curriculum plan for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp entire course for part-time training mode should be at least 20% longer than kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regular training mode of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp same training program;
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp maximum time for students to complete kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp course is stipulated in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp training institution but must not exceed 02 times kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp duration of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp standard curriculum plan for each training mode.

- Have completed all kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp modules of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp training program and successfully defended kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp thesis or project;
- Have foreign language proficiency meeting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp graduation outcome standards of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp training program before graduation review; evidenced by:
+ One of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp language diplomas or certificates with a proficiency level equivalent to Level 4 according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam as specified in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp annex of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on Admission and Training for Master's Degrees issued together with [Circular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT](/vb/Thong-tu-23-2021-TT-BGDDT-Quy-che-tuyen-sinh-va-dao-tao-trinh-do-thac-si-76CFA.html#loai_1) or other equivalent certificates announced by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, or+ A university degree or higher in a foreign language major, or a university degree or higher in another major conducted entirely in a foreign language;
- Have fulfilled responsibilities according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp training institution; not being criminally prosecuted, and not during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp period of being disciplined or suspended from studies.

Pursuant to Article 9 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on Admission and Training for Master's Degrees issued together withCircular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp evaluation of a master's thesis in law is as follows:
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp thesis is to be evaluated through a defense before a council. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp defense session is held publicly except for topics in areas requiring confidentiality according to State regulations.
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp thesis evaluation council must meet kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following requirements:
+ kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp council must have at least 05 members, including kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp chairman, secretary, 02 review members, and other members; of which at least 01 review member is from outside kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp training institution;+ kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp standards of council members must meet kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp standards set for thesis advisors as specified in Clause 4, Article 8 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on Admission and Training for Master's Degrees issued together with [Circular 23/2021/TT-BGDDT](/vb/Thong-tu-23-2021-TT-BGDDT-Quy-che-tuyen-sinh-va-dao-tao-trinh-do-thac-si-76CFA.html#dieu_8); in which kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp chairman must be a regular lecturer or regular researcher of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp training institution;+ kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp advisor can participate in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp council as a member but shall not grade kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp evaluation; parents, spouses, children, siblings of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student shall not participate in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp council.
- Conditions for students to defend their thesis:
