Thesis Evaluation

1. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay thesis is evaluated through a defense session before vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay committee. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay defense session is publicly held, except for projects in fields requiring confidentiality in compliance with State regulations.

2. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay thesis evaluation committee ensures vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following requirements:

a) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay committee consists of at least 05 members, including vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chairperson, secretary, 02 reviewers, and other members; with at least 01 reviewer being external to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training institution;

b) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards for committee members must meet vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards for thesis supervisors as stipulated in paragraph 4, Article 8 of this Regulation; vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chairperson must be a full-time faculty member or researcher at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training institution;

c) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supervisor can participate as a member of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay committee but is not allowed to allocate scores; vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student's direct relatives (parents, spouse, children, siblings) are not allowed to participate in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay committee.

3. Conditions for students to defend their thesis:

a) Completion of all course components of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training program;

b) Submission of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay thesis and supervisor’s consent for defense;

c) Fulfillment of other requirements as per vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training institution.

4. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay thesis defense session is organized when at least 2/3 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay committee members are present, including vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chairperson, secretary, and at least 01 reviewer. Online defense is permissible with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay consensus of all committee members and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student; vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay online defense session must be recorded and archived at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training institution.

5. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay thesis score is vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay arithmetic mean of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay scores given by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay committee members present during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay evaluation, on a 10-point scale; a classification of "pass" is granted if vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay score is 5.5 or higher.

Handling Violations by Students

1. Students caught cheating in exams, tests, or evaluations will face disciplinary action for each violated component.

2. Students taking exams for others or having others take exams for them are disciplined with a suspension for 1 year for a first violation and expulsion for a second violation.

3. Students who commit any of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following will be expelled; their degree if awarded will be revoked and annulled according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training:

Temporary Leave and Termination of Study

a) Called to military duty;

b) Authorized by competent agencies to represent vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay nation in international competitions, tournaments, or other national or sector-specific missions;

c) Illness, maternity, or accidents requiring long-term treatment, with certification from authorized medical examination and treatment facilities according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Health’s regulations;

d) Other personal reasons provided vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student has completed at least one semester at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution and does not fall within cases considered for expulsion or disciplinary action.
