Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision No. 2025/QD-BGDDT in 2024 stipulates as follows:

1. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay earliest school opening is 01 week before trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school opening ceremony. For Grade 1, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay earliest school opening is 02 weeks before trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school opening ceremony.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school opening ceremony will be held on September 5, 2024.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first semester ends before January 18, 2025, and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay academic year ends before May 31, 2025.

4. Review and recognize trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay completion of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay primary education program and lower secondary school graduation before June 30, 2025.

5. Complete admissions for initial grade levels before July 31, 2025.

6. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay upper secondary school graduation examination for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay year 2025 is scheduled to take place on June 26 and June 27, 2025.

7. Other national examinations are organized according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations and guidelines of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training.

During trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay academic year 2024 - 2025, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay recognition of lower secondary school graduation nationwide will be conducted before June 30, 2025.

Based on Article 4 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Regulation on Recognition of lower secondary school Graduation issued together withCircular No. 31/2023/TT-BGDDT, students are recognized for graduation if they meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following conditions:

- Not over 21 years old (calculated by year) for students who have completed trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay secondary education program; from 15 years old (calculated by year) for learners who have completed trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay continuing education program at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay secondary level.

For students returning from abroad, skipping grades, studying at an age older than trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay prescribed age, follow trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay age regulations for each level of education by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training.

- Completed trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay secondary education program or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay continuing education program at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay secondary level.

+ For students not subject to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provision of Clause 1, Article 4 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Regulation on Recognition of lower secondary school Graduation issued together withCircular No. 31/2023/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay graduation recognition application file includes:

++ Registration application for graduation recognition;

++ A certified copy of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay birth certificate or citizen identity card or ID card;

++ trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay original academic record or printed electronic academic record confirmed by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution where trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay student completed trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 9th grade. Based on Article 7 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Regulation on Recognition of lower secondary school Graduation issued together withCircular No. 31/2023/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay lower secondary school Graduation Recognition Council is regulated as follows:

- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Graduation Recognition Council (hereinafter referred to as trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Council) is established by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Education and Training upon trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay proposal of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution. Each educational institution with students completing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 9th grade in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay year of graduation recognition establishes 01 (one) Council.

- Composition, duties, and powers of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Council:

+ trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Council comprises: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Members. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Council is trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay principal or director or head (hereinafter referred to as trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay head) of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deputy head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Vice Chairman is trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deputy head or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay professional department of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Members of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Council are teachers, including homeroom teachers of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 9th grade, representatives of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay School Council, Secretary of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, or Chief Supervisor of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Secretary of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Council is selected among trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay members of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Council.

+ Duties and powers of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Council:

++ Check trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay graduation recognition application files as prescribed in Article 6 of this Regulation;

++ Recognize graduation for students according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay graduation recognition conditions stipulated in Article 4 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Regulation on Recognition of lower secondary school Graduation issued together withCircular No. 31/2023/TT-BGDDT;

++ Make a list of students eligible for graduation recognition, submit it to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution for approval by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Education and Training;

++ Use trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay seal of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Council's documents.
