a) Regulations on training, scientific, and technological operation, standards for recruiting lecturers, librarians, laboratory staff, practice rooms, functional rooms, research and development organizations, public service providers, and business and service facilities of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay college;
b) A plan for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay development of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay college's lecturer team;
c) A scheme for registering training operation according to regulations, implementation, and cancellation of training programs; orientation and plans for science and technology operation, assignment of training tasks, science, and technology.
