Issuance of Certificates
1. Certificates in national excellent student selection exams
a) Certificates for students winning prizes in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Excellent Student Exam for upper secondary schools are issued to candidates who win prizes in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam;
b) Certificates for students participating in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Excellent Student Exam for upper secondary schools are issued to candidates who participate in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam but do not win prizes;
c) Certificates for students participating in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay selection exam for national teams to compete in international and regional Olympics are issued to those candidates.
2. Based on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam results, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Director of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Quality Management Department issues certificates to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay candidates. Certificates are issued only once.
3. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Director of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Quality Management Department has xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority to revoke and cancel issued certificates if it is found that xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person who was issued xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate violated xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam regulations during xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam, or if xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay award ranking and certificate issuance was not conducted conformably.

Based on Article 4 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Excellent Student Examination Regulations issued withCircular 17/2023/TT-BGDDT:
Participants
1. For xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national excellent student selection exam:
a) Students currently studying in upper secondary schools, with conduct (or behavior) and academic performance (or academic competence) rated at least as "good" based on results from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay semester (or school year) immediately preceding xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam, and selected into xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay team of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam unit;
b) Each candidate is only allowed to take one subject exam per academic year.
2. For xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Olympic team selection exam:
upper secondary school students and one of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following:
a) Selected by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training from among students who have won prizes in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national excellent student selection exam in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same academic year, based on descending order of exam scores, ensuring that xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number of selected students for each subject does not exceed eight (08) times xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number of students needed in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national team for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay international Olympic exam for that subject;
b) Did not participate in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national excellent student selection exam in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same academic year but was a member of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national team for regional Olympiads; a member of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national team for international Olympiads in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay previous academic year.*
Thus, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay participants in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national excellent student selection exam include students who meet xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions:
- Students currently studying in upper secondary schools.
- With conduct (or behavior) and academic performance (or academic competence) rated at least as "good" based on results from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay semester (or school year) immediately preceding xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam.

- After xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam ends, candidates are only allowed to leave xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam room when permitted by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay invigilator.
