Based on Article 2 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Regulations on managing lower secondary school graduation diplomas, upper secondary school graduation diplomas, higher education degrees, and certificates of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ national education system, issued together withCircular 21/2019/TT-BGDDTas follows:

Principles of managing, issuing diplomas, and certificates

1. Diplomas and certificates are uniformly managed, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ management is decentralized to departments of education and training, granting autonomy and self-responsibility to teacher training institutions and higher education institutions according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations in Article 3 of these Regulations.

2. Diplomas, certificates are issued once, except in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ cases specified in Article 18 of these Regulations.

3. Any fraudulent activities in issuing and using diplomas and certificates are strictly prohibited.

4. Ensure transparency and openness in issuing diplomas and certificates.

According toArticle 18 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Regulations on managing lower secondary school graduation diplomas, upper secondary school graduation diplomas, higher education degrees, and certificates of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ national education system, issued together withCircular 21/2019/TT-BGDDTas follows:

Re-issuance of diplomas and certificates

1. If a diploma or certificate that has been issued is found to have been written incorrectly due to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ fault of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authoritative issuing body, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issuing body is responsible for re-issuing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original diploma or certificate.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authoritative body specified in Article 15 of these Regulations has trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authority to re-issue diplomas and certificates.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ re-issuance procedures are as follows:

a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ individual requesting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ re-issuance of a diploma or certificate submits directly or by postal mail to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authoritative body a dossier including: trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reissuance request form; trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original diploma or certificate to be reissued; documents proving trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mistake by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authoritative body;

b) Within 05 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of receiving trực tiếp bóng đá k+ valid dossier, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authoritative body considers and decides on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ re-issuance of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ diploma or certificate; if not re-issued, a written response specifying trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reasons must be provided;

c) If trực tiếp bóng đá k+ diploma or certificate template has changed since trực tiếp bóng đá k+ time of issuance, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authoritative body will use trực tiếp bóng đá k+ current template to reissue trực tiếp bóng đá k+ diploma or certificate.

Thus,according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ above regulations, in cases where a diploma (or abbreviated as lower secondary diploma) or certificate has been issued but found to have been written incorrectly due to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ fault of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issuing body, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issuing body is responsible for re-issuing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original diploma, certificate.

Otherwise, each "lower secondary diploma" is issued only once.

Thus,according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ person issued a "lower secondary diploma" has trực tiếp bóng đá k+ right to request trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent body to issue copies of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ diploma or certificate from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original registry when needed.

1. Issuance of copies of diplomas, certificates from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original registry is done by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ body managing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original registry based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original registry to issue trực tiếp bóng đá k+ copy.

1. Copies of diplomas, certificates from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original registry have trực tiếp bóng đá k+ same value as trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original in transactions, except where otherwise provided by law.

2. In cases where there is evidence of forged copies or non-compliant copies, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ receiving agency may request trực tiếp bóng đá k+ individual to present trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original diploma or certificate for comparison or conduct verification.

Copies of diplomas, certificates from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original registry have equal value as originals in transactions.
