According to Clause 1, Article 3 trực tiếp bóng đá k+Circular 08/2016/TT-BGDDT:

Reduction in teaching hours/lessons

1. Preschool teachers

a) Teachers who concurrently act as chairpersons and vice chairpersons trực tiếp bóng đá k+ internal trade unions are reduced by 06 teaching hours/week ( 210 teaching hours/school year);

b) Teachers being members trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the executive boards trực tiếp bóng đá k+ trade unions; Non-specialized leaders and deputies are reduced by 30 teaching hours/week (105 teaching hours/school year).

2. Teachers trực tiếp bóng đá k+ primary schools, lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, multi-level schools, specialized schools, vocational-continuing education centers, provincial continuing education centers

a) Teachers who concurrently act as chairpersons and vice chairpersons trực tiếp bóng đá k+ internal trade unions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ primary schools and specialized primary schools are reduced 04 teaching hours/week (140 teaching hours/school year); lower secondary schools, specialized lower secondary schools,upper secondary schools, specializedupper secondary schools, vocational-continuing education centers, provincial continuing education centers are reduced 03 teaching hours/week (105 teaching hours/school year);

b) Teacherswho concurrently act asmembers trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the executive boards trực tiếp bóng đá k+ trade unions,heads and deputy trực tiếp bóng đá k+ trade union trực tiếp bóng đá k+ primary schools and specialized primary schools are reduced by 02 teaching hours/week (70 hours trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teaching/school year);lower secondary schools, specialized lower secondary schools,upper secondary schools, specializedupper secondary schools, vocational-continuing education centers, provincial continuing education centersbe reduced by 01 teaching hour/week (35 teaching hours/school year);

c/ For multi-level schools trực tiếp bóng đá k+ education, the reduction trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teaching hours for teachers who concurrently act as trade union officials shall be calculated according to the highest reduction trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teaching hours prescribed for each level trực tiếp bóng đá k+ education.

What are the regulations on programmes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education in Vietnam?

According to Article 25 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ theEducation Law 2019, the regulations on programmes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education in Vietnam are as follows:

- Reflect the objectives trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education;

- Concretize the outcome requirements trực tiếp bóng đá k+ different age groups, educational activities, methods and modes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organizing educational activities, educational environment and evaluation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the development trực tiếp bóng đá k+ children;

- Be consistent throughout the country and implemented flexibly, suitable with specific conditions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ localities and institutions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education.

- The Minister trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training shall establish the National review council for appraising curricula for preschool education to appraise programmes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education. The council shall be composed trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers, education managers, experienced and prestigious scientists in the field trực tiếp bóng đá k+ education and representatives trực tiếp bóng đá k+ relevant agencies and organisations. At least one-third trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the council members must be teachers who are working in institutions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education. The council and the council members shall be responsible for the appraisal contents and quality.

- The Minister trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training shall promulgate programmes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education after receiving the appraisals trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the National review council for appraising curricula for preschool education; stipulate standards, compiling and editing processes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ programmes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education; stipulate standards and selection trực tiếp bóng đá k+ toys and learning materials used in institutions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education; stipulate the duties, powers, operating methods, standards, number and structure trực tiếp bóng đá k+ members trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the National review council for appraising curricula for preschool education.

What are the requirements on contents and methods trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education in Vietnam?

According to Article 24 trực tiếp bóng đá k+ theEducation Law 2019, the requirements on contents and methods trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education in Vietnam are as follows:

- The contents trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education must be suited to the psycho-physiological development trực tiếp bóng đá k+ children; balanced between nurturing, caring and educating, with a view to helping children to develop physically, emotionally, intellectually and aesthetically and to know how to respect differences; suitable with different age groups and transferable to primary education.

- The methods trực tiếp bóng đá k+ preschool education are prescribed as follows:

+ Junior kindergartens must enable children to proactively participate in activities and play, creating a bond between adults and children; stimulate the development trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the senses, emotions and psycho-physiological functions;

+ Senior kindergartens must enable children to play, experience, explore and discover the surrounding environment in different ways, satisfying the needs and interests trực tiếp bóng đá k+ children.
