- Duties and rights of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Parent-Teacher Committe:
a) Duties of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Parent-Teacher Committe:
- Develop plans and organize trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of activities of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parents, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Parent-Teacher Committe as stipulated in Article 9 of this Charter;
- Propose task assignments for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deputy heads and standing members for approval at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay meeting of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay entire Parent-Teacher Committe;

- Coordinate with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school to organize student education activities;
- Organize appeals for students who have dropped out to continue their education;

- Class Parent-Teacher Committe.
a) Each class has a Class Parent-Teacher Committe consisting of 3 to 5 members, including a head and a deputy head.
b) Members of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Class Parent-Teacher Committe are enthusiastic and responsible individuals who cooperate with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class teacher, subject teachers, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, and represent parents in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class to implement student education activities.
2. School Parent-Teacher Committe.
a) Each school has a School Parent-Teacher Committe consisting of a head, deputy heads, and standing members (if necessary).
b) Members of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay School Parent-Teacher Committe are heads or deputy heads of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Class Parent-Teacher Committes.

- Coordinate with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal to implement trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay academic year’s tasks and educational activities as agreed upon in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay initial meeting of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay School Parent-Teacher Committe for each academic year;
- Coordinate with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal to instruct, propagate, and disseminate laws, policies on education to parents to raise responsibilities in caring for, protecting, and educating students;
- Coordinate with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal to educate students with poor conduct during summer breaks at localities;
- Coordinate with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal to educate students in ethics; nurture and encourage excellent students, assist weak students; help poor students, disabled students, and students in other difficult circumstances; mobilize dropouts to return to school;
- Provide guidance on organization and activities for Class Parent-Teacher Committes.
* Rights of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay School Parent-Teacher Committe:
- Decide to convene meetings as stipulated in Article 9 of this Charter (except for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay initial meeting to elect trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay School Parent-Teacher Committe) after agreement with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal;
- Based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay opinions of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Class Parent-Teacher Committes, propose necessary measures to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal to implement trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s academic year tasks and student management and education;
- Decide on expenditures serving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay activities of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Parent-Teacher Committe from voluntary contributions and sponsorships as stipulated.
