According to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations on graduation classification on lower secondary school diplomas in Article 8 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulations on Recognition of Lower Secondary School Graduation, issued withQuyết định 11/2006/QĐ-BGD&ĐT(effective until February 16, 2024):

Graduation Classification

1. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp graduation results of students at educational institutions are classified into three categories: excellent, good, and average, based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp classification of conduct and academic performance; if kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student is in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp category of not being classified for conduct, only kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp academic performance classification is considered:

a) Excellent: good conduct, excellent academic performance;

b) Good: conduct is good or better, good academic performance or good conduct, excellent academic performance;

c) Average: other cases.

2. Students recognized for graduation according to Clause 2, Article 7 of these Regulations are classified as average.

These regulations have been repealed in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulations on Recognition of Lower Secondary School Graduation issued withThông tư 31/2023/TT-BGDĐT. Thus, students receiving lower secondary school diplomas from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 2024-2025 academic year will no longer have classification information as before.

Conditions for Graduation Recognition

Students are recognized for graduation if they meet kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following conditions:

1. Not more than 21 years old (calculated by year) for students completing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp general lower secondary education program; 15 years old or older (calculated by year) for learners completing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp continuing education lower secondary program.

In cases of students returning from abroad, skipping grades, studying at an age higher than kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp prescribed age, follow kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp age regulations according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp educational level of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training.

2. Have completed kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp general lower secondary education program or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp continuing education lower secondary program.

3. Have complete records as stipulated in Article 6 of these Regulations.

In Article 6 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulations on Recognition of Lower Secondary School Graduation issued withCircular 31/2023/TT-BGDDT, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp required for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp application for lower secondary school graduation recognition in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:

- For students who have completed Grade 9 at an educational institution in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp year graduation recognition is conducted, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp graduation recognition application is kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student's report card.

- For students not falling under kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp category of those who have completed Grade 9 at an educational institution in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp year graduation recognition is conducted, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp graduation recognition application includes:

+ Application form for graduation recognition;

+ Certified copy of birth certificate or citizen ID card;

+ Original student report card or printed electronic report card certified by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp educational institution where kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student completed Grade 9.

In cases where kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student has lost kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp original report card or does not have a printed electronic report card, a certification of training results and Grade 9 academic performance from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp educational institution where kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp student completed Grade 9 is required.
