May teachers in Vietnam simultaneously teach xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái at multiple centers?

Article 4 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTon cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái in Vietnam are not allowed:

1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái for primary school students must not beorganized, except in cases of training in arts, sports, and life skills.

2. Teachers currently teaching at schools are not allowedto offer external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái with feesto their students according to the school's educational plan.

3. Teachers from public schools are not allowed to participate in managing or operating external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái but may be involved in teaching xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái.

Under Clause 1, Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025) on external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái:

External xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái

1. Organizations or individuals providing external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái withfees for students (hereinafter referred to as extra class centers) must fulfill the following requirements:

a) Register the business in accordance with the law;

b) Publicly disclose on web portals or post at the location of the extra class center regarding the subjects for which extra class is organized; the duration of extra class for each subject according to each grade; the location, form, and schedule of extra class sessions; the list of teachers of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and the fees for extra class before enrolling students in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái (according to Form No. 02 in the Appendix attached to this Circular).

2. Teachers teaching external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái must ensure good moral character and possess the professional capacity suitable for the subject ofthe extra class.

3. Teachers teaching at schools whowish to provide external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái must report to the Principal or Director or head of the school (hereinafter referred to as the Principal) regarding the subject, location, form, and schedule of their xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái (according to Form No. 03 in the Appendix attached to this Circular).

Thus, under the above regulations, teachers teaching external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái must ensure good moral character and possess the professional capacity suitable for the subject of the extra class. There is no prohibition against simultaneously teaching xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái at multiple centers.

However, teachers teaching at multiple places should note that they must only teach at extra class centers that have made business registration; ensure good moral character, and possess the professional capacity suitable for the subject of the extra class.

Additionally, in cases where teachers currently teaching at schools teach external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái, they must report to the Principal or Director orthe head of the school about the subject, location, form, and time of their xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái.

What are the responsibilities of centers providing external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái for students in Vietnam?

According to Article 14 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTstipulating the responsibilities of tutoring centers for students outside the school as follows:

- Comply with the regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái inCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTand other relevant laws.

- Manage and ensure the quality of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái, and the rights of students and teachers of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái; manage and utilize fees forextraextra classes according to the regulations.

- Manage and keep records of organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái accordingto the regulations.

- Report and explain the implementation of the regulations in this Circular and related laws to the competent authorities when requested.

- Receive and handle opinions, suggestions, and wishes of students and parents regarding xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái beforeand during the organization and implementation process.

What are the rules of external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái in Vietnam?

Under Article 3 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, the rules of extra classesare as follows:

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái are only organized when students wish to attend xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and have consent from parents or guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as parents). Schools, organizations, or individuals organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái are not allowed to force students into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái in any manner.

- The content of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái must not contravene the regulations of Vietnamese law, and must not bear biases regarding race, religion, occupation, gender, or social position. There shall be no omission of educational content according to the school's educational plan to include in extra class sessions.

- The purpose of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái must contribute to the development of students' qualities and abilities; it must not affect the organization of the school’s education program or the implementation of the subject curriculum by teachers.

- The duration, time, location, and form of organizing extra class sessions must be suitable to the psychological and physical condition of the age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with the legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in the area where extra classesare held.
