Board of Directors

1. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Board of Directors shall be set up in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ private vocational training schools or colleges.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Board of Directors which is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ only representative of owners of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school shall have trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following tasks and entitlement:

a) Implement Resolutions of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ General meeting of shareholders;

b) Decide guidelines, objectives, strategies, planning, or plans for development and regulations on organization and operation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school;

c) Decide trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organizational structure of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school; trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment, acquisition, division, or dissolution of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organizations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school; trực tiếp bóng đá k+ appointment, discharge, or dismissal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Principal and request for recognition or non-recognition of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Principal from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authorities;

d) Decide trực tiếp bóng đá k+ guidelines on training activities and international cooperation;

dd) Decide trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization, personnel, finance, assets and guidelines on investment and development of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school;

e) Observe trực tiếp bóng đá k+ implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Resolutions of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Board of Directors, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ General meeting of shareholders, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ democratic regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school.

3. Members of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Board of Directors shall consist of:

a) Representatives of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organizations or individuals holding a certain number of shares as prescribed;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Principal, representatives of vocational education and training authorities of local government where trực tiếp bóng đá k+ vocational education and training institution is located or representatives of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ relevant internal business facilities;

Tenure of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Principal is 05 years. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Principal shall be appointed and appointed again at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ end of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ tenure and not exceeding two consecutive tenures.

d) Attain fitness; ensure trực tiếp bóng đá k+ age to participate in at least one tenure of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Principal regarding trực tiếp bóng đá k+ appointment of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Principal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ public vocational training schools or colleges.
