Responsibilities for Implementation
The Director of the Department of Education and Training, based on the specific requirements and conditions of local education, considers issuing necessary additional guidelines and regulations to effectively implement school transfers, notifying schools and parents, ensuring the legitimate right to education, and preventing any negative occurrences.
The Principal is responsible for:
a) Adhering to the regulations regarding subjects, dossiers, and procedures in handling school transfers for students, receiving Vietnamese students returning from abroad, and foreign students studying in Vietnam.
b) Not coercing or suggesting that students transfer to another school under any circumstances.
c) Implementing reporting procedures with the Department of Education and Training (for upper xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube schools) and the Department/Division of Education and Training (for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube schools) in handling school transfers for students and receiving students returning from abroad or foreign students studying in Vietnam.
