- Educational institutions shall use xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards for assessment of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of educational institutions to evaluate their entire activities in order to continuously improve xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of education and to address realistic conditions of education quality and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay performance of units to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay concerned parties.

- Education accrediting organizations shall use xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards for assessment of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of educational institutions to assess and grant or deny granting recognition of conformity with education quality standards for educational institutions.

- Other organizations and individuals shall rely on such standards to give their opinions, assess and participate in public consultations on educational institutions in which they are interested.

Under Article 30 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulation on higher education accreditation issued together withCircular 12/2017/TT-BGDDT,higher education institutions are assessed on a scale of 7 levels (corresponds to 7 points) as follows:

- Level 1. Absolutely incompliant: Do not perform quality assurance to meet xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements. Plans, documents, evidence or results are not available. Improvement should be made immediately.

- Level 2.
