What are conditions for maternity leave policies for female teachers in Vietnam?
According to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of Article 31Social Insurance Law 2014:
Conditions for enjoying maternity leave policies
- Employees are entitled to maternity leave policies when falling into one of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:
a) Female employees who are pregnant;
b) Female employees who give birth;
c) Female employees who are surrogate mothers and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mothers who hire vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay surrogates;
d) Employees who adopt a child under 06 months old;
dd) Female employees who use contraception implants or employees who undergo sterilization;
e) Male employees who are paying social insurance and have a wife giving birth.
- Employees specified in points b, c, and d of clause 1 of this Article must pay social insurance for at least 06 months within 12 months before giving birth or adopting a child.
- Employees specified in point b of clause 1 of this Article who have paid social insurance for at least 12 months but must take leave from work to take care of pregnancy under vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prescription of accredited medical institutions must continue paying social insurance for at least 03 months within 12 months before giving birth.
- Employees who qualify under clauses 2 and 3 of this Article and terminate their labor contracts, employment contracts or leave work before giving birth or adopting a child under 06 months old still are entitled to maternity leave policies as stipulated in Articles 34, 36, 38, and clause 1 Article 39 of this Law.

- Teachers must pay social insurance for at least 06 months within 12 months before giving birth (clause 2 Article 31Social Insurance Law 2014). According to Article 34Social Insurance Law 2014, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of policies when giving birth is as follows:
Duration of policies when giving birth
- Female employees who give birth are entitled to leave for maternity leave policies for 06 months. In vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case of giving birth to twins or more, from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay second child onward, each child grants vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mother an additional 01 month of leave.
