1. Primary schools are organized into two types: public and private.

a) Public primary schools are invested, ensured operational conditions, and represented by the State.

b) Private primary schools are invested and ensured operational conditions by domestic or foreign investors.

2. Primary classes in multi-level general education schools, specialized schools include:

a) Primary classes in multi-level general education schools.

b) Primary classes in semi-boarding ethnic schools.

c) Primary classes in educational institutions for children with disabilities.

d) Primary classes in correctional schools.

3. Other educational institutions implementing primary education programs: community learning centers; classes for children in difficult circumstances who do not have the conditions to study at schools; classes for children with disabilities.

Based on Article 4 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroCircular 27/2023/TT-BGDDT, the council for selecting textbooks for grade 5 in schools is organized as follows:

(1) The textbook selection council trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the educational institution (hereinafter referred to as the Council) is established by the head trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the educational institution or the Director trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the continuing education center, the Director trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the vocational education - continuing education center, the head trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro educational institutions implementing the general education program, the continuing education program at the lower secondary level (hereinafter referred to as the head), to help the head trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the educational institution organize the textbook selection.

Each educational institution establishes one (1) Council. For educational institutions with multiple levels, each level establishes one (1) Council.

(2) Number, structure trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Council members

- The Council includes:

+ The head, deputy head trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the institution

+ Head trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro professional groups, professional groups, professional rooms (hereinafter collectively referred to as professional groups)

+ Representative teachers

+ Representative trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Parents' Association trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the educational institution

The Secretary trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Council is selected from the Council members.

- Those who have participated in writing textbooks or have directed the writing, publishing, printing, and distribution trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro textbooks (in the list trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro textbooks approved by the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training); parents, parents-in-law, or spouses trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro those who have participated in writing textbooks or have directed the writing, publishing, printing, distribution trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro textbooks; those working in the publishing houses, organizations with textbooks are not allowed to participate in the Council.
