What are minimum facility standards for a preschool in Vietnam?

Based on Article 6 of the Regulations on facility standards for preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay schools with multiple educational levels (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), issued together withCircular 13/2020/TT-BGDDT, the minimum facility standards for a preschool are as follows:

(1) Administrative vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay managerial room block

- Principal's Office must be equipped with necessary machinery vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay office equipment in accordance with current regulations;

- Security room: there is at least one room; located near the school's entrance with a convenient observation position;

- Teacher, staff, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay administrative staff restrooms arearranged according to functional room blocks with separate restrooms for males vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay females. If separate restrooms are provided, they should be conveniently located vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay not affect the environment;

- Parking area for teachers, staff, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay administrative staff must besheltered with sufficient space for the school's teachers, staff, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay administrative staff.

(2) Nurting, care, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay children's education room block

- Nurting, care, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education rooms for children

The school must ensure that each group/class has one room, including following functional areas:

Common activity area for organizing learning, playing, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eating activities;

Sleeping area (for kindergarten groups/classes, the common activity area can be used for sleeping);

Restroom connected to the nurturing, care, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education room with partitions that are 1.20 meters high separating the urinals vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay flushing toilets; equipped with 2 to 3 urinals for boys (or a urinal trough with a minimum length of 2.0m) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 2 to 3 toilets for girls; with washbasins for children arranged according to the standard of 8 children per basin; sanitation fixtures installed suitable to age groups; separate restrooms for kindergarten boys vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay girls required; If the restrooms are built separately, they should have convenient transportation corridors connected to the nurturing, care, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education rooms for easy use vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay observation;

Playgound vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay child reception area must beconvenient for dropping off vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay picking up children during rain or sunshine; playgroundhas guardrails not less than 1.0m high;

- Physical vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay artistic education rooms must beconnected to the nurturing, care, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education rooms by transportation corridors.

For schools scaled up to 14 groups/classes, the school must ensure at least one multifunctional room for both physical vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay artistic education; for schools with more than 14 groups/classes, the school must have at least one room each for artistic education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay physical education is required. Schools with 5 or more groups/classes, the school mustensure at least one multifunctional room;

- Separate playground must beequipped with outdoor play equipment vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay toys according to regulations.

(3) Dining organization room block (applies to schools that organize cooking)

- Kitchen must be independent of other functional room blocks; includes preprocessing area, processing area, cooking area, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay food distribution area; designed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organized according to a one-way workflow;

(4) Auxiliary block

- Medical room: there is at least one room; conveniently located for first aid vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay medical care; equipped with essential medicines, first aid tools, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a sick bed;

- Storage room: there is at least one room; used for storing general tools vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school supplies;

- Schoolyardincludes a common playground vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay garden area with trees vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay grass; used to organize physical activities vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay outdoor stage performances. The yard should be flat, non-slippery, without bumps, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay with shade trees;

- Gate vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fence: the school campus must be separated from the outside by a protective fence (solid fence or green hedge), ensuring firmness vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety; the school gate should be sturdy vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay firmly installed with a nameplate.

(5) Technical infrastructure

- Clean water supply system: meeting usage demand, ensuring regulations vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards of water quality according to current regulations; drainage system, combined with covered trenches vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay wastewater treatment systems ensuring wastewater quality standards before discharge into the environment;

- Electricity supply system: ensuring enough capacity vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety for school activities;

- Fire prevention vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fighting system: ensuring compliance with current regulations;

- Information technology vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay communication infrastructure: telephone, internet connection serving school activities;

- Waste collection area: independently arranged, away from functional room blocks, located downwind; with separate access paths, convenient for waste collection vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transportation; with a separate drainage system, not affecting the environment.

(6) Construction itemsregulated in Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4 of Article 6 of the Regulations on facility standards for preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay schools with multiple educational levels issued together withCircular 13/2020/TT-BGDDTto be built solid or semi-solid. The proportion of solid constructions should be no less than 40%.

(7) Teaching equipment is to be equipped according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training.

What are the requirements for preschools in Vietnam to meet facility standards level 1?

Based on Article 7 of the Regulations issued together withCircular 13/2020/TT-BGDDT, preschools that meet facility standards level 1 must ensure minimum facility standards vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the following regulations:

- Physical vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay artistic education rooms: For schools with up to 14 groups/classes, at least one room for artistic education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay one room for physical education; for schools with more than 14 groups/classes, at least one room for artistic education, one room for physical education, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay one multifunctional room;

- Separate playground: arranged according to each group/class.

(3). Auxiliary block

(4). Building items regulated in Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4 of Article 6 of the Regulations issued together withCircular 13/2020/TT-BGDDTvtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Clauses 1, 2, 3 of Article 7 of the Regulations issued together withCircular 13/2020/TT-BGDDTto be built solid or semi-solid. The proportion of solid constructions should be no less than 70%.

(5). Each school point (if any) should have no less than 2 groups/classes.

(6). Land use density

- Construction area: no more than 40%;

- Internal transportation area: no less than 20%.

What are the requirements for preschools in Vietnam to meet facility standards level 2?

Based on Article 8 of the Regulations issued together withCircular 13/2020/TT-BGDDT, preschools that meet facility standards level 2 must ensure facility standards level 1 vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the following regulations:

Group/class storage for storing tools vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay toys for daily activities vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay learning;

Teacher's room adjacent to the common activity vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sleeping area of children;

- Physical vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay artistic education rooms: For schools with up to 14 groups/classes, at least one room for artistic education, one room for physical education, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay one multifunctional room; for schools with more than 14 groups/classes, at least two rooms for artistic education, two rooms for physical education, ensuring separate arrangements for each age group;

- Computer room: at least one room with suitable IT equipment, serving children's play activities, exploration, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay familiarity with IT vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign languages.

(2). All construction items to be built solidly vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay meeting construction standards of Class 4 or above.
