Definitions
In this Circular, đá bóng trực tiếp following terms are understood as follows:
- đá bóng trực tiếp minimum body of knowledge for each training level in vocational education is đá bóng trực tiếp number of subjects, modules, or credits stipulated in đá bóng trực tiếp training program that learners must achieve upon completing đá bóng trực tiếp program, depending on đá bóng trực tiếp specific majorand educational level.
- đá bóng trực tiếp competencies requried for graduatesinclude knowledge, skills, attitudes, occupational responsibilities, and đá bóng trực tiếp ability to work individually based on applying knowledge, skills, and responsibilities to solve tasks corresponding to đá bóng trực tiếp level and major of training.
- Autonomy and responsibility are đá bóng trực tiếp capabilities to apply acquired knowledge and skills in organizing and performingtasks and đá bóng trực tiếp individual's responsibility towards đá bóng trực tiếp group and community.

Minimum body of knowledge for intermediate and college levels
1. Intermediate level
a) đá bóng trực tiếp minimum body of knowledge for đá bóng trực tiếp intermediate level is 35 credits for those with a high school diploma, 50 credits for those with a lower secondary diploma, and đá bóng trực tiếp training duration ranges from 1 to 2 academic years depending on each training major.
b) đá bóng trực tiếp body of theoretical knowledge and practical skills according to each training major must ensure đá bóng trực tiếp ratio: theory comprises 25% - 45%; practice 55% - 75%.
2. College level
a) đá bóng trực tiếp minimum body of knowledge for đá bóng trực tiếp college level is 60 credits and đá bóng trực tiếp period of study ranges from 02 to 03 academic years depending on each training major.
b) đá bóng trực tiếp body of theoretical knowledge and practical skills according to each training major must ensure đá bóng trực tiếp ratio: theory comprises 30% - 50%; practice 50% - 70%.

Under Clause 1, Article 5 ofCircular 12/2017/TT-BLDTBXH, đá bóng trực tiếp competency requirements for graduates of đá bóng trực tiếp vocational intermediate level in Vietnam are:
Graduates musthave đá bóng trực tiếp capability to perform some complex tasks of đá bóng trực tiếp major; have đá bóng trực tiếp ability to apply technology to work, and can work independently or in a team:
* Knowledge:
- Havingbroad practical and theoretical knowledge within đá bóng trực tiếp scope of đá bóng trực tiếp major of training;
- Having a basic knowledge of politics, culture, society, and law that meets đá bóng trực tiếp professional occupational responsibilities and social activities in đá bóng trực tiếp field of expertise;
- Having knowledge about information technology that meets work requirements.
* Skills:
- Having cognitive skills, professional skills to perform tasks, and solve problems by selecting and applying basic methods, tools, documents, and information;
- Having skills in using specialized terms of đá bóng trực tiếp major of training to communicate effectively at đá bóng trực tiếp workplace; debating and using alternative solutions; assessing job quality and performance results of team members;
- Having foreign language competency level 1/6 according to đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework.
* Autonomy and Responsibility:
- Working independently in changing work conditions, taking personal responsibility and responsibility partly for đá bóng trực tiếp group;
- Guiding and supervising others in performing predetermined tasks;
- Evaluating group activities and performance results.
