Objectives of Supporting Student Startups by 2025 in Vietnam

Pursuant to Subsection 2, Section 1 ofDecision 1665/QD-TTg in 2017approving the Scheme "Supporting Student Startups by 2025":

I. SCHEME OBJECTIVES

1. General Objective

2. Specific Objectives

a) Objectives by 2020:

- 100% of universities, academies, colleges, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational schools have plans to implement support activities for student startups;

- At least 90% of students from universities, academies, colleges, vocational schools, high schools, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational education kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp continuing education centers are informed, educated to raise awareness, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp equipped with knowledge kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp skills on entrepreneurship before graduation;

- 100% of universities, academies, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 50% of colleges kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational schools have at least 02 student startup ideas or projects supported for investment from appropriate funding sources or connected with businesses kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp venture capital funds.

b) Objectives by 2025:

- Continue to promote information dissemination, education to raise awareness, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp equip knowledge kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp skills on entrepreneurship for students;

- Strengthen facilities for student support centers in universities, academies, colleges, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational schools;

- 100% of universities, academies, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 70% of colleges kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational schools have at least 05 student startup ideas or projects supported for investment from appropriate funding sources or connected with businesses kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp venture capital funds.

Therefore,according to the above provisions, the objectives of supporting student startups by 2025 are as follows:

1. Targets

- Students studying at universities, academies, colleges, vocational schools, high schools, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational education kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp continuing education centers nationwide;

- Staff, lecturers, teachers, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp individuals supporting students at universities, academies, colleges, vocational schools, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp career guidance teachers at high schools kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational education kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp continuing education centers nationwide.

2. Scope

- Universities, academies, colleges, vocational schools, high schools, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational education kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp continuing education centers nationwide;

- Businesses, investment funds, investors, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organizations kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp individuals both domestic kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp international;

- Ministries, central kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp local authorities, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Industry, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp related agencies kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organizations.

Therefore,besides students, the targets for startup support by 2025 include staff, lecturers, teachers, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp individuals supporting students at universities, academies, colleges, vocational schools, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp career guidance teachers at high schools kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational education kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp continuing education centers nationwide.

What are regulations on support for the training for students startupsby 2025 in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Subsection 2, Section 3 ofDecision 1665/QD-TTg in 2017:

- Support entrepreneurship training:

+ Form a team of staff to provide counseling kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp support student startups at universities, academies, colleges, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational schools nationwide kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organize training courses to enhance the competency of this team; encourage individuals with knowledge kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp experience in entrepreneurship to volunteer in counseling kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supporting students at schools;

+ Organize training courses on basic entrepreneurship knowledge for staff kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp career guidance teachers at high schools kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational education kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp continuing education centers;

+ Compile kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp publish a set of materials providing entrepreneurial knowledge kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp skills for students, training materials for staff counseling kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supporting student startups, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp materials for training career guidance teachers;

+ Organize training courses, exchange programs, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp international experience exchange workshops for students kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp staff counseling kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supporting student startups at schools;

+ Encourage universities, academies, colleges, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vocational schools to develop startup modules kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp integrate them into the training programs either as compulsory or elective courses to suit practical needs;

+ Increase the organization of internship kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp experiential activities at businesses to provide opportunities for students to engage in business operations.
