Under Article 3 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay rules of extra classesare as follows:
- Extra classes are only organized when students wish to attend extra classes and have consent from parents or guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as parents). Schools, organizations, or individuals organizing extra classes are not allowed to force students into extra classes in any manner.

What are trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay conditions for organizing external extra classes in Vietnam?
External extra classes
1. Organizations or individuals providing external extra classes withfees for students (hereinafter referred to as extra class centers) must fulfill trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following requirements:
a) Register trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay business in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay law;
b) Publicly disclose on electronic portals or post at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay location of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay extra class center regarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay subjects for which extra class is organized; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay duration of extra class for each subject according to each grade; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay location, form, and schedule of extra class sessions; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay list of teachers of extra classes and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay fees for extra class before enrolling students in extra classes (according to Form No. 02 in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Appendix attached to this Circular).
2. External extra classes must ensure good moral character and possess trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay professional capacity suitable for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay subject of extra class.
3. Teachers teaching at schools whowish to provide external extra classes must report to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Principal or Director or head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school (hereinafter referred to as trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Principal) regarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay subject, location, form, and schedule of their extra classes (according to Form No. 03 in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Appendix attached to this Circular).
Thus, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay conditions for organizing external extra classes in Vietnam are as follows:
- Teachers must ensure good ethical qualities; have professional competence suitable for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay subjects they teach additionally.
- Register trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay business in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay law;
