There shall be no omission of educational content according to the school's educational plan to include in extra class sessions.

3. The purpose of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái must contribute to the development of students' qualities and abilities; it must not affect the organization of the school’s education program or the implementation of the subject curriculum by teachers.

4. The duration, time, location, and form of organizing extra class sessions must be suitable to the psychological and physical condition of the age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with the legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in the area where extra classesare held.

Thus, according to the above regulations, organizing external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái requires parents' consent.

What are the conditions for organizing external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái in Vietnam?

Under Clause 1, Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025) on external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái:

External xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái

1. Organizations or individuals providing external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái withfees for students (hereinafter referred to as extra class centers) must fulfill the following requirements:

a) Register the business in accordance with the law;

b) Publicly disclose on web portals or post at the location of the extra class center regarding the subjects for which extra class is organized; the duration of extra class for each subject according to each grade; the location, form, and schedule of extra class sessions; the list of teachers of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and the fees for extra class before enrolling students in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái (according to Form No. 02 in the Appendix attached to this Circular).

2. External xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái must ensure good moral character and possess the professional capacity suitable for the subject they are extra class.

3. Teachers teaching at schools whowish to provide external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái must report to the Principal or Director or head of the school (hereinafter referred to as the Principal) regarding the subject, location, form, and schedule of their xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái (according to Form No. 03 in the Appendix attached to this Circular).

Thus, from February 14, 2025, the conditions for organizing external xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái are as follows:

- Register the business in accordance with the law;

- Publicly disclose on web portals or post at the location of the extra class center (according to Form No. 02 in the Appendix attached toCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT) regarding:

+ the subjects for which extra class is organized;

+ the duration of extra class for each subject according to each grade;

+ the location, form, and schedule of extra class sessions;

+ the list of teachers of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and the fees for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái before enrolling students in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái.

How are violations related to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái in Vietnam addressed?

Under Article 16 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, violations related toextra classes in Vietnam are addressed as follows:

- Schools, extra class centers, organizations, or individuals violating regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái will be subject to disciplinary actions according to the severity and nature of the violation as per the legal provisions.

- Heads of agencies, organizations, and units having officials and public employees violating regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái will be subjectto legal actions based on the nature and severity of the violation.
