2) Within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube sufficient application is received, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube application is unsatisfactory, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube district-level People’s Committee or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube provincial People’s Committee shall give a written notification of contents to be amended to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant; if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube application is satisfactory, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube district-level People’s Committee shall give guidelines to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Subdepartment of Education and Training or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube provincial People’s Committee shall give guidelines to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Department of Education and Training for organization of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube assessment of realistic conditions concerning merger or division of a secondary school;

3) Within 20 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date of receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube guidelines from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube district-level People’s Committee or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube provincial People’s Committee, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Subdepartment of Education and Training or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Department of Education and Training shall preside over and cooperate with other relevant specialized units in assessing xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube application and realistic conditions concerning merger or division of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube secondary school; preparing an assessment report to assess fulfillment of requirements mentioned in clause 1 of this Article; and submitting xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube President of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube district-level People’s Committee or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube provincial People’s Committee for consideration and decision;

4) Within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date of receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube assessment report from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Subdepartment of Education and Training or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Department of Education and Training, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube requirements are fulfilled, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube President of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube district-level People’s Committee or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube provincial People’s Committee shall issue a decision on merger or division of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube secondary school; if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube requirements are not fulfilled, he/she shall send a written notification in which reasons should be clearly specified to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant.

Note:xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube decision on merger or division of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube secondary school (according to Form No. 10 Appendix I enclosed withDecree 125/2024/ND-CP) shall be publicly announced on mass media;

5) Within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube President of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube district-level People’s Committee or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube provincial People’s Committee issues xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube decision on merger or division of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube secondary school, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Subdepartment of Education and Training or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Department of Education and Training shall issue a decision on permission for establishment of a new secondary school after merger or division.

Article 27 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CPspecifies requirements to be satisfied by secondary schools in Vietnamfor conducting their educational activities, including:

1. Own land, facilities and equipment meeting standards in terms of location, scale, area and basic facilities applied to lower and upper secondary schools according to regulations issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Education and Training.

Employ adequate administrative officers, teachers, staff and employees that meet standards in order to organize educational activities, thereby meeting requirements for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube general education curriculum according to regulations promulgated by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Education and Training.

4. Have a sufficient amount of financial resources in order to maintain and develop educational activities:

- Regarding a private secondary school, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investment capital shall be at least 50 million VND/student (excluding expenses incurred from land tenancy). xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube total minimum capital shall be calculated when xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube estimated education scale is greatest but not be smaller than 50 billion VND. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube capital plan shall conform to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube estimated scale of each stage.

- Regarding a private secondary school of which xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube facilities are not newly built but are leased or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube existing facilities are used to conduct educational activities, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube capital shall be at least 70% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube capital specified in point a ofclause 4, Article 27 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP;

- Regarding a public secondary school, its financial resources shall be maintained by a competent management authority so as to meet requirements for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube general education curriculum according to regulations.

5. Have xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube statutes of organization and operation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube school.

Clause 1, Article 29 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CPspecifically regulates xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube suspension of educational activities conducted by secondary schools in Vietnam as follows:

Suspension of educational activities conducted by secondary schools

1. A secondary school shall have its educational activities suspended in one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube following cases:

a) It commits any fraudulent act in order to obtain a license for educational activities;

b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube license for its educational activities has been granted ultra vires;

c) Its educational activities have not been conducted within xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duration of 01 year from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube licensing date;

d) It has committed any violation against regulations on imposition of penalties for administrative violations arising from educational activities to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube extent that xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube decision on suspension thereof is granted;

dd) Other cases prescribed by law.
