Step 3:Organizing a key staff conference to gather opinions on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái reappointment:
- Composition: Conducted as stipulated in step 4 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái managerial public employee appointment process.

- Implementation sequence:
