- Registration for enrollment for upper secondary education is conducted online. Where candidates may not make online registration, registration is conducted directly or via postal service.

3. Personseligible for bonus points

a) Lower secondary school students who win prizes at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provincial-level examsorganized by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training or in cooperation with provincial departments and authorities in competitions held at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national level as regulated at point d, clause 1 of this Article.

b) Bonus points are added to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp total admission score calculated on a 10-point scale for each exam subject or paper. First prize winners receive 1.5 points; second prize winners receive 1.0 points; third prize winners receive 0.5 points.

Thus, students who win prizes at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provincial-level exams organized by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training or in cooperation with provincial departments and authorities will receive up to 1.5 bonus points.

(1) Exam Subjects and Papers

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subjects and papers include: Mathematics, Literature, and one additional subject or paper selected by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training from one of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp two options:

+ kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third subject is chosen from subjects evaluated by scores in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lower secondary education program, ensuring no repetition of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp same third subject for more than three consecutive years.

+ kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third paper is a composite paper from multiple subjects chosen from subjects evaluated by scores in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lower secondary education program.

For upper secondary schools under kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, parent universities, universities, and research institutes organizing their own entrance exams, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third subject or paper is selected directly by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managing body.

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third subject or paper is announced after kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first semester but no later than March 31 annually.

- Time allocated for taking kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exam subject or paper: Literature: 120 minutes; Mathematics: 90 minutes or 120 minutes; third subject: 60 minutes or 90 minutes; third paper: 90 minutes or 120 minutes.

+ Secretariat, drafters, exam paper reviewers, police forces, service staff, healthcare personnel, and security personnel.

Secretariat, drafters, and exam paper reviewers are personnel with suitable expertise, knowledgeable about kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lower secondary school program.

Each subject will have at least one drafter or reviewer who is a lower secondary school teacher.

For upper secondary schools under kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, parent universities, universities, and research institutes organizing their own exams, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Question Paper Setting Council is directly managed by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training, Director of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp parent university, Rector of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp university, or Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp research institute.

- Responsibilities and authorities of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Question Paper Setting Council:

+ Develop a work plan;

+ Assign tasks to council members;

+ Organize kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp drafting of exam papers; organize reviews;

+ Approve official and backup exam papers, scoring guides for both;

+ Handle or propose handling of unexpected incidents during exam preparation; maintain council records; ensure security and confidentiality of question papers according to regulations;

+ Consider, decide, or propose rewards or disciplinary measures for council members in accordance with regulations.

(3) Invigilation

For upper secondary schools under kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, parent universities, universities, and research institutes organizing their own exams, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Invigilation Council is directly managed by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training, Director of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp parent university, Rector of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp university, or Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp research institute.

- Responsibilities and authority of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Invigilation Council: develop working plans for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council; assign roles to its members; organize training for members and candidates to grasp and comply with guidelines and related documents; conduct kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exams; handle or propose solutions for unusual incidents during invigilation; maintain council records; ensure security and confidentiality of question papers according to regulations; consider, decide, or propose rewards or disciplinary actions for candidates and council members according to regulations.

(4) Marking

- Marking must ensure safety, and confidentiality at all stages: receiving, storing, handling and marking exam papers. Marking should guarantee accuracy, and objectivity according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp answer key and Marking guide.

For upper secondary schools under kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, parent universities, universities, and research institutes organizing their own exams, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Marking Council is directly managed by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister, Director of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp parent university, Rector of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp university, or Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp research institution.

- Responsibilities and powers of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Marking Council: develop council work plans; assign tasks to members; organize handling and marking; conduct scoring; address or propose solutions for unusual incidents during Marking; maintain records of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp council; ensure security, confidentiality of question papers according to regulations; consider, decide, or propose rewards or disciplinary measures for council members according to regulations.

(5) Re-marking

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp re-marking process must ensure safety, and confidentiality at all stages: withdrawing, handing over, storing, and marking reassessed papers; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp re-marking process is kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp same as kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Marking process.

(6) Admission scores for enrollment to 10th grade

Upper secondary schools under kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, parent universities, universities, and research institutes conductingtheir own exams should follow kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp guidance of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, universities, colleges, and research institutes directly managing them, or follow kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training where kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institutions are based.
