- The training institution exercises autonomy and accountability for its admissions, ensuring compliance with the law and responsibility before the law.
- Each training institution undertakes all necessary measures to facilitate and provide equal opportunities for all candidates, selecting candidates whose aspirations and abilities are most aligned with the program and major requirements.

Deferred Admission Results
- Applicants who have received admission notices are eligible for deferred admission in the following cases:
a) Military service or youth volunteer duty immediately in the year trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission based on decisions or orders from competent authorities;
b) Severe illness or serious accident preventing timely enrollment, with medical records and certification from authorized healthcare institutions.
- Applicants in the cases specified in paragraph 1 must submit a deferral request along with supporting documents to the training institution.
