Explanation of terms

In these Regulations, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following terms are understood as follows:

1. Agreement Scholars are foreign nationals accepted to study in Vietnam and awarded scholarships by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Government of Vietnam under international agreements to which Vietnam is a party.

Thus, it can be understood that foreign students pursuing undergraduate studies in Vietnam under scholarships provided by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Government of Vietnam are considered Agreement Scholars.

2. Adjustment of study duration

a) Scholars may shorten their training duration but must complete trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay prescribed training program content;

b) Agreement Scholars who need to extend trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay study and research period to complete trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay training program, including trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay time for Vietnamese preparatory school, must have trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay consent of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay sending party and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay written consent of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay educational institution where trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay scholar is studying;

c) For scholars outside trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Agreement, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay extension of study duration is conducted in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay agreement or training contract with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay educational institution where trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay scholar is studying.

2. To be fully provided with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay necessary information for studying suitable to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay conditions of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay educational institution and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay facilities serving scholars.

3. To use trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay equipment and facilities serving trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay educational, cultural, physical, and sports activities of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay educational institution and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay facilities serving scholars.

8. Agreement Scholars are entitled to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay standards and policies specified in Vietnam’s regulations and international agreements to which Vietnam is a party.

Scholars from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay same country studying at trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay same educational institution or residing in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay same dormitory can appoint a representative to manage all matters related to scholars from their country, acting as trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay liaison with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay educational institution or trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay facilities serving scholars to resolve matters related to scholars from their country.

Thus, foreign students studying in Vietnam are entitled to go home for summer vacations.

2. To respect Vietnamese customs and traditions.

3. To adhere to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Regulations on Managing Foreign Students Studying in Vietnam, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Training Regulations, and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay School Charter for each level and training program issued by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam; trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Regulations and Rules of Study and Residence set by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay educational institution and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay facilities serving scholars.

4. To fulfill compliance with and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay purpose of entry into Vietnam for study.

5. To foster friendly relations with Vietnamese citizens and scholars from other countries.
