Under Clause 2, Article 8 ofDecree 84/2020/ND-CPregulating academic incentive scholarships:
- Scholarship for individuals specified under Points a and b Clause 1 ofArticle 8 ofDecree 84/2020/ND-CP:
+ In case of specialized schools and talented schools for artistic, athletic and sports talents: Scholarship awarded to a student must equal at least 3 times xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay current tuition of local specialized upper secondary schools;
+ In case of specialized upper secondary schools affiliated to institutions for higher education: Scholarship awarded to students shall be decided by principals of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institutions for higher education but not lower than xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest tuition paid by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students for studying at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay schools;
+ In case of schools that do not charge tuition fees: Minimum scholarship shall equal 3 times xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest tuition fees of local upper secondary schools.
- Scholarship for individuals specified under Point c Clause 1 of Article 8 ofDecree 84/2020/ND-CP:
+ Scholarship for good students: Scholarship shall be awarded to students displaying at least good academic scores and behavior grades, decided by principals or directors (hereinafter collectively referred to as “principals”) and equal or higher than xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest tuition fee of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay disciplines, majors and vocations paid by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students. + Academic scores and behavior grades specified above shall conform to applicable regulations and law of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training and Ministry of Labor – War Invalids and Social Affairs; in which academic scores for scholarship consideration specified under this Decree shall be based on scores of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first final exam.

Pursuant to Article 34 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter issued by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training attached toCircular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, upper secondary school students in Vietnam have specific dutiesas follows:
- Learn and train according to curricula and education plans of their schools.
