What arethe duties of primary school teachers in Vietnam under Circular 28?
According to Article 27 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Charter of Primary Schools issued alongsideCircular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp duties of primary school teachers in Vietnam are regulated as follows:
(1) Teachers have bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following duties:
- Implement bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp general primary education program and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school's educational plan. Proactively execute and take responsibility for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp educational plan; be autonomous and accountable for executing professional tasks (content, teaching methods, student assessment) and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp quality and effectiveness of education for each student responsible, ensuring compliance with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp educational program, suitable for students and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp specific conditions of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school.
- Participate in building educational plans of professional groups and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school; regularly update instructions from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp sector; prepare, organize teaching, and assess students as prescribed; perform other professional activities.
- Build friendly, democratic relationships between teachers and students, with students' parents, and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp community; assist students in being proactive, creative, confident, and autonomous in learning and training.
- Maintain bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp dignity, honor, and prestige of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp teacher; practice cultural behavior, and unity, assist colleagues; set an example for students; love, treat students fairly, and respect them; protect bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp legal rights and interests of students.
- Conduct self-assessment according to professional teacher standards; self-study and self-improvement to enhance professional capacity; carry out regular training tasks as prescribed; share expertise with colleagues within and outside bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school during professional activities and training sessions.
- Apply information technology in teaching, learning, and professional activities; be creative and flexible in making teaching aids.
- Participate in selecting textbooks as prescribed; request bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school to provide relevant reference materials and teaching equipment for use in teaching.
- Engage in educational quality accreditation.
- Participate in mandatory education, universal education, and literacy eradication in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp locality.

- Proactively gather information about each student in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assigned class; develop class educational activities that clearly reflect bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp goals, content, and educational methods, ensuring feasibility and suitability with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp students' characteristics and practical conditions to promote bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp progress of both bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp class and individual students.
- Carry out educational activities according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp plan developed and approved by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal.
- Work closely with students' parents or guardians, teachers, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp chief of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Youth Union, and related social organizations to organize educational activities and support, supervise bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp learning and training of students in their managed class; compile feedback, evaluate students at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp end of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp first semester and end of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school year; guide students in nomination and reward proposals; draw up lists of students proposed for class retention; and complete student report cards.

(3) Teachers being Leaders ofthe Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization are responsible to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal for building and organizing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp implementation of activities of theHo Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organizationand bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers to contribute to accomplishing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp comprehensive educational objectives for students.
