a) Decide to convene parent meetings as per Article 9 of this Charter (except xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first meeting of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year to appoint xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Class Parent-Teacher Association) after reaching a consensus with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class teacher;

- Coordinate with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class teacher to develop and implement plans for educational activities as agreed upon at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first parent meeting of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year;
- Prepare meetings of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and parent meetings, organize the collection of parents' wishes and recommendations.
Rights of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay President of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Class Parent-Teacher Association:
- Assign specific tasks to the vice-chairman and members, chair the meetings of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, and represent xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay in cooperating with the class teacher to organize educational activities for students;
- Communicate with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class teacher about parent activities, reflect xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parents' opinions on education quality and teaching quality;
