Under Article 14 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, theresponsibilities ofextra class centers in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:
(1)Implement lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations on extra classesoutlined inCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTandother relevant legal provisions.
(2)Manage and ensure lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of extra classes and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rights of students and tutors; manage and use fees for extra classes in accordance with regulations.
(3)Manage and retain records of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of extra classes as required.
(4)Report and explain lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations inCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTandrelated legal provisions to competent authorities upon request.
(5)Accept and handle feedback, suggestions, and requests from students and their parents regarding extra classes before and during implementation.

According to Clause 1, Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT,lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulatory requirementsfor establishment of extra class centers in Vietnaminclude:
+ Register lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay business in accordance with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law;
+ Publicly disclose on web portals or post at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay location of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay extra class center regarding lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects for which extra class is organized; lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of extra class for each subject according to each grade; lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay location, form, and schedule of extra class sessions; lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of teachers of extra classes and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fees for extra class before enrolling students in extra classes (according to Form No. 02 in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Appendix attachedtoCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT.
- Teachers of external extra classes must ensure good moral character and possess lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional capacity suitable for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subject they are extra class.
- Teachers teaching at schools whowish to provide external extra classes must report to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal or Director or head of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school (hereinafter referred to as lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal) regarding lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subject, location, form, and schedule of their extra classes.

Under Article 3 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rules of extra classesare as follows:
- Extra classes are only organized when students wish to attend extra classes and have consent from parents or guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as parents). Schools, organizations, or individuals organizing extra classes are not allowed to force students into extra classes in any manner.

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration, time, location, and form of organizing extra class sessions must be suitable to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay psychological and physical condition of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay area where extra classesare held.

According to Article 7 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations on fees for extra classes are as follows:
Collection and Management of fees for extra classes
1. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay funding for organizing internal extra classes uses state budget sources and other lawful funding sources in accordance with legal regulations.
2. Thefeesfor external extra classes shall follow lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay agreement between lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student's parents or guardians with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay extra class center.
3.lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay collection, management, and use of fees for extra classes shall follow financial laws, budget regulations, property management, accounting, taxes, and other relevant legal regulations.
