(1) Rules for reducing đá bóng trực tiếp teaching hour norm for teachers holding additional professional responsibilities

Based on Article 8 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on working policies for general teachers issued withCircular 28/2009/TT-BGDDTsupplemented by Clause 8 Article 1 ofCircular 15/2017/TT-BGDDT:

- Homeroom teachers at đá bóng trực tiếp primary school level are reduced by 3 hours per week, at đá bóng trực tiếp lower secondary school and upper secondary school levels by 4 hours per week.

- Homeroom teachers of ethnic boarding schools at both secondary and upper secondary school levels are reduced by 4 hours per week. Homeroom teachers of specialized schools and semi-boarding schools are reduced by 4 hours per week. Homeroom teachers of schools and classes for disabled and handicapped individuals are reduced by 3 hours per week.

- Homeroom teachers at university preparatory schools are reduced by 3 hours per week.

- Teachers in charge of subject classrooms are reduced by 3 hours per subject per week.

- Teachers in charge of school-wide art, physical education, school gardens, workshops, equipment rooms, and libraries (if these tasks are not yet handled by dedicated staff) are reduced by 2-3 hours per week depending on đá bóng trực tiếp workload, as decided by đá bóng trực tiếp principal.

- Subject group leaders are reduced by 3 hours per week.

- Deputy subject group leaders are reduced by 1 hour per week.

- Teachers who are party committee secretaries or branch secretaries (where there is no party committee) at first-rank schools are reduced by 4 hours per week, at other rank schools are reduced by 3 hours per week.

- Teachers holding trade union responsibilities shall have their teaching hour norm reduced according to đá bóng trực tiếp rules stipulated in Article 3 ofCircular 08/2016/TT-BGDDT, specifically:

+ Teachers serving as non-dedicated presidents or vice presidents of đá bóng trực tiếp grassroots trade union receive a reduction of 3 teaching hours per week (equivalent to 105 teaching hours per academic year);

+ Teachers serving as committee members, trade union group leaders, or deputy trade union group leaders who are not dedicated receive a reduction of 1 teaching hour per week (equivalent to 35 teaching hours per academic year);

- Teachers serving as school-level youth union secretaries or deputy secretaries are entitled to policies as prescribed inQuyết định 13/2013/QĐ-TTg.

- Teachers serving as school council presidents or secretaries are reduced by 2 hours per week.
