Under Clause 2, Article 15 ofCircular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT(effective from April 4, 2025), the composition of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube for undergraduate programs in Vietnamis stipulated as follows:

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube council president is xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Rector or Vice Rector of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube training institution; vice presidents include a Vice Rector and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube specialized unit with xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube training program to be assessed, with one vice president concurrently serving as xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube secretariat; other members include: representative of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube school council from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube training institution, representative of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube scientific and training council; leaders of relevant specialized and management units; lecturers experienced in organizing training activities, scientific research, community service belonging to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube program to be assessed; representative of learners from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube program to be assessed;
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube has a secretariat to assist, including individuals from the unit specializing in educational quality assurance, leaders of the unit and lecturers of the program to be assessed, and individuals from other relevant units; the head of the secretariat is a vice president of the council;
- Specific tasks of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube are assigned to dedicated working groups comprised of members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube and the secretariat. Each dedicated working group consists of at least 3 people, responsible for one or two standards, led by a member of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube (not a representative of the learners).

Under Clause 5, Article 15 ofCircular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT(effective from April 4, 2025),the duties ofmembers of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube for undergraduate programsin Vietnam are as follows:
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube council president is responsible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube activities of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube council and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment results; assigns specific tasks to each member, determining xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tasks to be carried out corresponding to each assessment standard, start and end dates, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube person mainly responsible, and supporting members; convenes and leads council meetings; approves xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment plan; directs xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube process of collecting, processing, analyzing information, evidence, evaluating xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube results achieved for each criterion, and writes xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment report; resolves issues arising during xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment implementation and approves xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment report;
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube vice president of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube council performs tasks assigned by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube council president; when authorized by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube council president, has xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty to manage xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube council and is responsible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube delegated work;
- Other council members must perform tasks assigned by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube council president and are responsible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube assigned work.
Note:
Members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube council must be trained in self-assessment for training programs, covering content such as xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube educational quality assurance system; xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube process and cycle of quality accreditation of training programs; guidelines for self-assessment of training programs; experiences of self-assessment from domestic and international contexts; skills in document research, interviews, observations, group discussions, surveying, and self-assessment report writing.

Under Clause 1, Article 16 ofCircular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT(effective from April 4, 2025):
Developing a self-assessment plan
1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube develops a self-assessment plan, approved by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube council president and submitted to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Rector or Vice Rector responsible for issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment plan.
2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment plan must include xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube following contents:
a) Purpose; scope of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment round including information on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment results meeting xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube quality assurance conditions of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube training program;
b) Composition of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube;
c) Specific duties of each member of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube;
d) Self-assessment tools;
e) Projected resources regarding facilities, finances and timing for mobilizing resources during xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment implementation;
f) Schedule: specifies xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube necessary time frame for implementation and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube timeline for carrying out specific activities during xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube self-assessment process.
Thus, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube is responsible for developing a self-assessment plan. Additionally, the council president will approve and submit it to the Rector or Vice Rector authorized to promulgate the self-assessment plan.
