According to Article 3 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroCircular 13/2024/TT-BGDDT, the standards and conditions for consideration for promotion to the professional title trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Grade II preschool teacher in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:

Preschool teachers may register to be considered for promotion to the professional title trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Grade II preschool teacher (code V.07.02.25) when they meet all the following standards and conditions:

- They have been appointed to the professional title trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Grade III preschool teacher (code V.07.02.26).

- While holding the professional title trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Grade III preschool teacher and equivalent, they have been gradedat quality asthe good compilation oftasks or higher for 2 consecutive years trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro service preceding the year trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro consideration for promotion to the higher professional title; possess good political qualities and professional ethics; are not under disciplinary action; and are not under any time-bound disciplinary measures as per the Communist Party trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Vietnamregulations and the law.

- They meet the standards trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro qualifications for the professional title trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Grade IIpreschool teacher as prescribed in point a, clause 3, Article 4 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroCircular 01/2021/TT-BGDDTdated February 2, 2021, by the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training stipulating the professional title code and standards, and appointment and salary gradingfor public employees teaching in public preschool education institutions and clause 2, Article 1 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroThông tư 08/2023/TT-BGDĐTdated April 14, 2023, by the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training amending and supplementing several articles trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro theCircular 01/2021/TT-BGDDT.

What are the regulations on programmes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education in Vietnam?

According to Article 25 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro theEducation Law 2019, the programmes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education in Vietnam arespecifically stipulated as follows:

- Programmes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education shall satisfy the following requirements:

+ Reflect the objectives trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education;

+ Concretize the outcome requirements trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro different age groups, educational activities, methods and modes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro organizing educational activities, educational environment and evaluation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the development trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro children;

+ Be consistent throughout the country and implemented flexibly, suitable with specific conditions trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro localities and institutions trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education.

- The Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training shall establish the National review council for appraising curricula for preschool education to appraise programmes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education. The council shall be composed trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teachers, education managers, experienced and prestigious scientists in the field trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education and representatives trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro relevant agencies and organisations. At least one-third trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the council members must be teachers who are working in institutions trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education. The council and the council members shall be responsible for the appraisal contents and quality.

- The Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training shall promulgate programmes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education after receiving the appraisals trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the National review council for appraising curricula for preschool education; stipulate standards, compiling and editing processes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro programmes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education; stipulate standards and selection trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro toys and learning materials used in institutions trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education; stipulate the duties, powers, operating methods, standards, number and structure trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro members trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the National review council for appraising curricula for preschool education.

According to Article 26 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro theEducation Law 2019, institutions trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education in Vietnam include:

- Junior kindergarten centers and classes for children aged 03 – 36 months;

- Senior kindergartens and independent senior kindergarten classes for children aged 03 – 06 years;

- Combined kindergartens and independent preschool classes for children aged 03 months – 06 years.
