The subjects of primary bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp are children from 6 to 14 years old who have not finished the primary educational program.

Additionally, the primaryeducational universalization for children is the responsibility of citizens, families, and educational institutions as stipulated in Article 3 ofDecree 20/2014/ND-CPas follows:

- All citizens in the prescribed age must learn to achieve the level of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp or illiteracy eradication;

-Families are responsible for creating favorable conditions for their members in the prescribed age to learn to achieve the level of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp or illiteracy eradication;

- The educational establishments are responsible for implementation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp or illiteracy eradication according to their functions and duties.

What are the criteriafor recognizingthe standard achievement of primary bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp at three levels in Vietnam?

The levels of recognition for the standard achievement of primary educational universalizationare the degrees in which there are specific criteria to achieve the standards of primary bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp for each locality as follows:

*Criteria for recognizingthe standard achievement of primary bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp at Level 1(According to Article 9 ofDecree 20/2014/ND-CP) include:

- For individuals: Must finish the primary educational program.

- For communes:

+ The percentage of 11-year children finishing the must reach at least 80% and 70% for communes withextremely difficultsocio-economic conditions; the remaining11-year children are attending primary classes.

- For districts: At least 90% of communes must be recognized to have met the standard of primary bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp at level 2.

- For provinces: There must be 100% of districts recognized to have met the standard of primary bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp at level 2.

- For communes:

+ The percentage of 11-year children finishing the must reach at least 90% and 80% for communes withextremely difficultsocio-economic conditions; the remaining11-year children are attending primary classes.

- The State implements the support policy to the people subject to reduction or exemption from school fees and support to learning costs when participating in the prescribed programs of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp or illiteracy eradication.

- Individuals participating in organization, management, teaching ...to carry out the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp or illiteracy eradication shall receive the remuneration as prescribed by the State.
