Under Article 18 ofDecree 81/2021/ND-CP,those eligible for financing for studying costs are as follows:
Eligibility for financing for studying costs
1. Kindergarten children, students lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay formal education institutions, and students lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay continuing education institutions pursuing formal education programs are left without both parents.
2. Kindergarten children, students lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay formal education institutions, and students lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay continuing education institutions pursuing formal education programs suffer from disabilities.
3. Preschool students, students of formal education, learners lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay continuing education institutions pursuing formal education program whose parents are poor households according to regulations of Prime Minister.
4. Kindergarten children, students lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay formal education institutions, and learners lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay continuing education institutions pursuing formal education institutions lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay particularly difficult hamlets, communes lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay category III areas lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ethnic regions and mountainous regions, particularly difficult hamlets lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay coastal regions and islands according to regulations of competent authority.
Thus, thestudying costs lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam will not be financed based on permanent or temporary residence. Instead, thestudying costs lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam will befinanced for specific entities:
- Studying atcontinuing education institutionspursuing formal education programs are left without both parents.
- Studying atcontinuing education institutionspursuing formal education programs suffer from disabilities.
-pursuing formal education programs whose parents are poor households according to the regulations of the Prime Minister of Vietnam.

Under Article 16 ofDecree 81/2021/ND-CP, the entities eligible fora tuition reduction of 70% lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayVietnaminclude:
- Students pursuing traditional arts and specific majors lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public, private vocational education and training institutions and higher education institutions providing cultural - artistic training;
- Students pursuing traditional art forms or taxing, toxic, or hazardous occupations lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case of vocational education and training as per lists of taxing, toxic, or hazardous occupations regulated by Ministry of Labor – War Invalids and Social Affairs;
- Kindergarten children and students who are ethnic minorities (other than very minor ethnic minorities) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay hamlets with particular difficulties, communes lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay category III areas, ethnic regions and mountainous regions, communes with difficulties lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay coastal regions and islands according to regulations of competent authority.

Pursuant to Article 17 ofDecree 81/2021/ND-CP, the cases for temporary suspension of tuition collection lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam are as follows:
Temporary suspension of tuition collection
lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case of natural disasters, epidemic, and other force majeure event publicized by competent authority; depending on level of impact and damage, People’s Committees of provinces shall request People's Councils of provinces to consider and decide not to charge tuition lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a specific period for kindergarten children, students lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public formal education institutions, and learners lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay continuous education facilities pursuing formal education program lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay areas suffering from natural disasters, epidemic, or other force majeure event.
Thus, tuition collection istemporarily suspended lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case of natural disasters, epidemic, and other force majeure event publicized by the competent authority.
Depending on the level of impact and damage, People’s Committees of Provinces shall request People's Councils of Provinces to consider and decide not to charge tuition lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a specific period.
