Activities of parents and parent committees

1. General meetings of parents:

Under Article 3 ofCircular 55/2011/TT-BGDDTon vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of parent committees of classesin Vietnam:

-Parent committees of classes:

+ Each class must have one class parent committee consisting of 3 - 5 members, including a chairperson and a vice-chairperson.

+ Members of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent committee of a class should be enthusiastic and responsible persons, who will cooperate with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher, subject-specific teachers and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school in organizing educational activities for students;

- Parent committees of schools:

+ Each school must have one parent committee consisting of a chairperson, vice-chairpersons and standing members if necessary.

+ Members of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent committee of a school are chairpersons or vice-chairpersons of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class parent committees.

+ vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number of vice-chairpersons and standing members (if any) of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent committee shall be decided in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay meeting of chairpersons and vice-chairpersons of class parent committees.

- Members of a parent committee can be changed or added at request of its chairperson. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay change or addition of members of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent committee of a class shall be decided by parents of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay change or addition of members of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent committee of a school shall be decided by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay whole committee.

- Parent committees shall work by principle of consensus. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay discussions and approvals made during meetings of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent representatives committees shall be recorded in writing.

Additionally, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay responsibilities and rights of parent committees of classes are specified inArticle 4 ofCircular 55/2011/TT-BGDDT:

- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent committee of a class has vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay responsibility to:

+ Cooperate with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher and subject-specific teachers in organizing educational activities for students;

+ Cooperate with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher in preparing for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent-teacher conferences during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year;

+ Take part in ethics education for students; foster excellent students, help underperforming students, encourage dropouts to come back to school; help poor students, disabled students and other disadvantaged students.

- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent committee of a class has vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay right to:

+ Convene parent-teacher conferences in accordance with regulations prescribed in Article 9 of this Charter (except for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first meeting at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay beginning of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year, during which vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parent committee is established) after reaching agreement with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher;

+ Enquire parents about vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay methods for management and education of students to propose specific measures to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher and subject-specific teachers in order to improve vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of knowledge and ethics education;

+ Cooperate with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher in organizing extracurricular activities, education of tradition, culture, art and sport activities to provide comprehensive education for students.
