1. Training institutions develop, publicize, and implement trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro enrolment scheme to fulfill trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro responsibility of explanation and commitment to candidates, state management agencies, and society. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro enrolment scheme must contain sufficient information as a basis for:
a) Candidates to choose schools, training majors and programs,enrolmentmethods suitable to their abilities, interests, and personal conditions; prepare trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro conditions to participate in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroenrollmentprocess and carry out trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro steps according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro institution'senrollmentplan;
b) State management agencies and society to supervise trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro implementation of legal regulations and commitments to learners by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro enrollmentand training work.

Reserve of matriculation results
1. Candidates who have trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro matriculation notice can reservetheirmatriculationresults in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following circumstances:
a) Serving military service or joining trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro youth volunteer force immediately in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro year of admission as per a decision or order from a competent authority;
b) Suffering from a severe illness ora serious accident preventing timely school admission with medical records and certification from a competent health authority.
2. Candidates under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provisions of clause 1 must submit areserveapplication accompanied by evidence to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro admitting institution. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro maximum time for thereserveis determined by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution but must not be less than 3 years for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro individuals specified at point a, clause 1 of this Article.

For cases as stipulated in clause 1 of this Article with areserveperiodof 3 years or more, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution considers introducing them into pre-university schools or classes for review before formal enrollment.
According to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro above regulations, candidates who have trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro matriculation notice can reservetheirmatriculationresults in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following circumstances:
