Which legislative document specifiesthe regulations on extra classes in Vietnam?

Currently, regulations on teachers' extra teaching are issued as part ofThông tư 17/2012/TT-BGDĐT, which states:

- For trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro purposes of this Regulation, extra classesmeans additional classes that are provided for learners with fees, of which contents base on compulsory education programs but not included in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro education plan of compulsory education issued by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Education and Training.

-Internal extra classesmeans extra classes held by a public educational institution (including: compulsory education institutions; vocational training centers; continuing education centers; community learning centers; foreign language and IT centers, hereinafter referred to as institutions).

- External extra classes means extra classes not held by compulsory education institutions; vocational training centers; continuing education centers; community learning centers; foreign language and IT centers.

- It is not allowed to reduce trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro curricular contents of compulsory education program and add them to extra classes; and provide trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro curricular contents in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro extra classes in advance.

- Students taking extra classes are students who intend to attend extra classes with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro consent of their families; it is not allowed to compel students or students’ families to attend extra classes.

- It is not allowed to provide extra classes according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro curricular classes; students in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro same extra class shall have trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro same learning capacity; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro students are admitted to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro extra classes according to their learning capacity.

- Extra class providers shall be responsible for their registration and application for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro license.

Who receives students' applications for taking extra classes in Vietnam?

Under Article 5 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Regulations on Extra Classes issued alongsideCircular 17/2012/TT-BGDDTon holding internal extra classes in Vietnam:

Holding internal extra classes

1. Each student who wishes to take an extra class shall submit an application for taking extra classes to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro institution; his/her parents or guardian (hereinafter referred to as parents) shall append their signatures and write a commitment, and adhere to such commitment.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principal of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro institution shall receive trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro application from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro student, categorize him/her to an appropriate group of students by his/her learning capacity, assign teachers and hold extra classes according to each group of students.

3. Each teacher intending to conduct extra classes shall submit a registration of conducting extra classes which commit to fulfill all duties of a teacher as specified in general regulations and other duties assigned by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro institution and seriously comply with regulations on extra classes in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro institution.
