Under Article 3 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTwhich stipulates trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay rules of extra classes:

Rules of extra classes

1. Extra classes are only organized when students wish to attend extra classes and have consent from parents or guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as parents). Schools, organizations, or individuals organizing extra classes are not allowed to force students into extra classes in any manner.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay content of extra classes must not contravene trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations of Vietnamese law, and must not bear biases regarding race, religion, occupation, gender, or social position. 4. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay duration, time, location, and form of organizing extra classes must be suitable to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay psychological and physical condition of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay area where extra classesare held.

Thus, according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay above regulations, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization of extra classes from February 14, 2025 must be suitable to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay psychological and physical condition of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay area where extra classes are held.

From February 14, 2025, who arestudents eligible for internal extra classes in Vietnam?

Under Article 5 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025) which provides regulations on internal extra classes:

Internal extra classes

1. Internal extra classes shall not charge students and areonly for students registering for extra classes in specific subjects as follows:

a) Students having Unqualifiedacademic results in a subject at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay immediate past semester;

b) Students selected by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school for gifted student training;

c) Voluntary final-year students registering for entrance exam preparation or graduation exam preparation according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school's educational plan.

2. Schools shall organize for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay students specified in Clause 1 of this Article to submit registration forms for extra classes in specific subjects for each grade (according to Form No. 01 in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Appendix attached to this Circular).

3. Based on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay number of registered students, schools shall develop plans for organizing extra classes in specific subjects for each grade.

4. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay arrangement of classes, schedules, and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization of extra classes shall ensure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following requirements:

a) Extra classes should be organized by subject for each grade; each class shall have no more than 45 (forty-five) students;

b) Extra class schedules shall not interpose regular schedules and shall not precede trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay contents scheduled in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s educational plan;

c) Each subject is permitted a maximum of 02 (two) extra lessons per week.

5. Plans for organizing extra classes shall be publicly available on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s website or posted at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school.

Thus, from February 14, 2025, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay internal extra classeswill be offeredonly for students who register for extra classes as follows:

- Students havingUnqualifiedacademic resultsin a subject at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay immediate past semester;

- Students selected by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school for gifted student training;

- Voluntary final-year students registering for entrance exam or graduation exam preparation according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school's educational plan.

From February 14, 2025, what are trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay cases where extra classes are not allowedin Vietnam?

Under Article 4 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay cases where extra classes in Vietnam are not allowed are:

1. Extra classes for primary school students must not beorganized, except in cases of training in arts, sports, and life skills.

2. Teachers currently teaching at schools are not allowedto offer external extra classes with feesto their students according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school's educational plan.

3. Teachers from public schools are not allowed to participate in managing or operating external extra classes but may be involved in teaching extra classes.

What are trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay responsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay principal for extra classes in Vietnam?

According to Article 13 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, theresponsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay principal for extra classes in Vietnam are:

(1)Organize internal extra classes as stipulated by this Circular and other relevant legal regulations.

(2)Manage teachers currently teaching at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school when they participate in extra classes outside trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school to ensure compliance with clause 3, Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT; coordinate monitoring and inspection of extra classes activities outside trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school by teachers currently teaching at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school.

(3)Be accountable to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay direct governing body for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay quality of Internal extra classes, and for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay management and use of funds for organizing internal extra classes as prescribed.

(4)Address infractions within their authority or propose that competent authorities address violations of regulations on extra classes.

(5)Receive and address feedback, suggestions, and desires from students and parents concerning extra classes before and during its implementation.
