- Responsibly utilize and settle trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay fiscal budget for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay ministerial-level scheme effectively and in conformance; hand over facilities, equipment, other property (if any), and research results formed from scheme funds to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay host organization within 30 days after trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay scheme is confirmed complete by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training;

- Fully comply with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay settlement council's requirements when trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay scheme is liquidated;

- Provide complete documentation for inspection, examination, and audit when required.
