According to Clause 1 đá bóng trực tiếp Clause 3, Article 3 ofCircular 03/2021/TT-BGDDT, amended by Clause 3, Article 3 ofCircular 08/2023/TT-BGDDT, the duties đá bóng trực tiếp standards of professional competence đá bóng trực tiếp expertise for Grade 3 lower secondary school teachers are as follows:

(1). Duties

- Develop the educational plan for the assigned subject đá bóng trực tiếp participate in developing the educational plan of the professional group according to the objectives đá bóng trực tiếp curriculum of secondary education;

- Teach đá bóng trực tiếp educate students according to the curriculum đá bóng trực tiếp educational plan of the school đá bóng trực tiếp the professional group; manage students in educational activities organized by the school;

- Use teaching đá bóng trực tiếp educational methods that promote the students' abilities đá bóng trực tiếp qualities, đá bóng trực tiếp activate the students’ active participation;

- Perform activities to assess the learning outcomes đá bóng trực tiếp conduct of students according to regulations;

- Participate in identifying đá bóng trực tiếp training gifted students or tutoring underperforming students or guiding student teachers (if applicable);

- Organize counseling activities đá bóng trực tiếp career orientation for students đá bóng trực tiếp their parents in the assigned class;

- Coordinate with relevant organizations đá bóng trực tiếp individuals to carry out teaching, educational, counseling, đá bóng trực tiếp career orientation activities for students;

- Participate in activities of the professional group; participate in scientific research; complete the management documents on educational activities according to regulations; perform the task of universalizing secondary education đá bóng trực tiếp inclusive education within the assigned scope; participate in organizing competitions (for teachers or students) from the school level up (if applicable);

- Complete training courses đá bóng trực tiếp professional development programs as required; self-study đá bóng trực tiếp self-train to improve professional competence đá bóng trực tiếp expertise;

- Perform other tasks assigned by the principal.

(2). Standards of professional competence đá bóng trực tiếp expertise

- Understand the guidelines, policies, đá bóng trực tiếp laws of the Communist Party, the State, industry regulations, đá bóng trực tiếp local requirements regarding secondary education đá bóng trực tiếp apply them to the assigned tasks;

- Master the knowledge of the assigned subject; have the ability to develop teaching đá bóng trực tiếp educational plans aimed at developing students' qualities đá bóng trực tiếp abilities;

- Have the ability to effectively apply methods of teaching đá bóng trực tiếp education that develop students' qualities đá bóng trực tiếp abilities đá bóng trực tiếp activate students' active participation;

- Use methods to assess students' learning đá bóng trực tiếp conduct results đá bóng trực tiếp progress towards the development of students' qualities đá bóng trực tiếp abilities;

- Have the ability to provide psychological counseling đá bóng trực tiếp career orientation for students; integrate counseling đá bóng trực tiếp career orientation activities into teaching đá bóng trực tiếp educational activities;

- Build cooperative relationships with students' parents đá bóng trực tiếp related organizations đá bóng trực tiếp individuals in implementing teaching đá bóng trực tiếp educational activities for students;

- Develop đá bóng trực tiếp implement self-study đá bóng trực tiếp professional development plans;

- Have the ability to apply information technology in professional activities; have the ability to use foreign languages or ethnic minority languages as required by the job position;

What is the highest salary for Grade 3 lower secondary school teachers in Vietnam?

According to Point a, Clause 1, Article 8 ofCircular 03/2021/TT-BGDDTas follows:

Salary Arrangement

  1. Public employees appointed to the lower secondary school teacher career titles prescribed in this Circular shall apply the corresponding salary scale issued with Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, of the Government of Vietnam on salary policies for officials đá bóng trực tiếp public employees đá bóng trực tiếp armed forces. Specifically:

a) Level III lower secondary school teachers, code V.07.04.32, shall apply the salary coefficient of public employee category A1, from a salary coefficient of 2.34 to a salary coefficient of 4.98;

b) Level II lower secondary school teachers, code V.07.04.31, shall apply the salary coefficient of public employee category A2, group A2.2, from a salary coefficient of 4.00 to a salary coefficient of 6.38;

c) Level I lower secondary school teachers, code V.07.04.30, shall apply the salary coefficient of public employee category A2, group A2.1, from a salary coefficient of 4.4 to a salary coefficient of 6.78.

  1. The salary arrangement when appointing to the career title rank is implemented as guided in Clause 1, Section II of Circular No. 02/2007/TT-BNV dated May 25, 2007, of the Ministry of Home Affairs, guiding salary arrangement when promoting rank, changing rank, changing type of officials đá bóng trực tiếp public employees, đá bóng trực tiếp per existing legal regulations. When implementing new salary policies, the salary arrangement shall follow the regulations of the Government of Vietnam.

As per regulations, Grade 3 lower secondary school teachers shall apply the salary coefficient of public employee category A1, from a salary coefficient of 2.34 to 4.98 according to the salary scale inNghị định 117/2016/NĐ-CP.

According to the guidelines at Point a, Clause 1, Article 3 ofCircular 07/2024/TT-BNV, the salary calculation for Grade 3 lower secondary school teachers is as follows:
