Higher education institutions
1. Higher education institutions are juridical persons, including universities, parent universities and other types of higher education institutions defined by law.
National universities and regional universities are parent universities responsible for achievement of strategic national and regional development objectives.
2. Types of higher education institutions:

b) Private higher education institutions invested and maintained domestic or foreign investors.

Under Article 31 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroLaw No. 08/2012/QH13 lịch trực, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro duties and powers of a foreign-invested university are as follows:
- Building and achieving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro objectives, carrying out trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training programs, scientific research; building trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teaching staff, facilities, equipment and teaching materials; assuring trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro quality and carrying out higher education quality inspections; organizing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training activities, awarding qualifications and certificates as prescribed by law.
- Organizing and operating under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decisions on approving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro establishment, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training activities.
