- Students with limited academic performance who have been directly guided and helped by teachers, parents, or guardians and still have not completed trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro required academic tasks may, depending on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro extent of incomplete tasks, have their class advancement or repetition considered by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teacher and decided by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principal in consultation with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro family for appropriate educational measures.

(2)trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro right to protection, care, respect, and equal and democratic treatment; assurance of legitimate rights and interests; provision of complete information on their study and self-improvement process; assurance of time, facilities, hygiene, and safety conditions for studying and practicing.

(3)trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro right to participate in activities that develop personal capabilities; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro right to express personal opinions and aspirations.

According to Article 33 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Primary School Charter issued together withCircular 28/2020/TT-BGDDTregarding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro age of primary students:

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro age for entering Grade 1 is 06 years, calculated by year.

Children with disabilities, those with physical or intellectual delays, children in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, ethnic minority children, orphans, children returning from abroad, and children of foreigners studying or working in Vietnam may start Grade 1 at an older age than prescribed but not exceeding 03 years.

In cases where children start Grade 1 at an age exceeding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro 03-year limit, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decision will be made by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Department of Education and Training.
