2. Principles of đá bóng trực tiếp Contest:

a) Based on đá bóng trực tiếp voluntary participation of teachers; no coercion, no pressure on teachers to participate in đá bóng trực tiếp contest;

b) Ensure honesty, democracy, transparency, fairness, objectivity, and substantive assurance;

c) Ensure đá bóng trực tiếp conformity with state policies, laws, and regulations of đá bóng trực tiếp sector.

Thus,according to the above regulations, teachers willvoluntarily participatein đá bóng trực tiếp Contest and no pressure is placed on teachers to participate in the contest. Teachers are not requiredto participate in đá bóng trực tiếp Contests at various levels.

Administrative levels of organization, cycle, and participants of đá bóng trực tiếp contest

1. đá bóng trực tiếp school-level, district-level, and provincial-level contest for excellent teachers and excellent homeroom teachers:

a) đá bóng trực tiếp school-level contest is organized every 2 years by đá bóng trực tiếp school. Participants are teachers working at đá bóng trực tiếp organizing school;

b) đá bóng trực tiếp district-level contest is organized every 2 years by đá bóng trực tiếp district Division of Education and Training. Participants are teachers working at preschools, primary schools, and lower secondary schools within đá bóng trực tiếp district (or township,provincialcity) organizing đá bóng trực tiếp contest;

c) đá bóng trực tiếp provincial-level contest is organized every 4 years by đá bóng trực tiếp Departmentof Education and Training. Participants are teachers working at preschools and general education institutions within đá bóng trực tiếp province or municipality organizing đá bóng trực tiếp contest.

+ Results of professional standards (including professional assessment results and valid evidence) per point a clause 2 of Articles 6, 7, 8 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on đá bóng trực tiếp Contest for excellent teachers at preschool education institutions; excellent teachers, and excellent homeroom teachers at general education institutions issued together withCircular 22/2019/TT-BGDDT;
