How are students in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ literacy program rewarded?
Pursuant to Article 13 ofCircular 10/2022/TT-BGDDTof trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam:
Rewards
1. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution shall award a certificate of merit to students who:
a) Are given trực tiếp bóng đá k+ title of "Outstanding Student Phase 1" if they achieve excellent educational results in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ first, second, and third semesters.
b) Are given trực tiếp bóng đá k+ title of "Outstanding Student Phase 2" if they achieve excellent educational results in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ fourth and fifth semesters.
c) For students who achieve trực tiếp bóng đá k+ title of "Outstanding Student Phase 1" and "Outstanding Student Phase 2," they shall be awarded trực tiếp bóng đá k+ title of "Exceptional Outstanding Student."
2. Students with special achievements shall be considered for rewards by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ educational institution and recommended for higher-level recognition.

According to Article 14 ofCircular 10/2022/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ responsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Department of Education and Training and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Office of Education and Training are as follows:
Department of Education and Training Responsibilities
- Direct trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization of student evaluations within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ scope of management.
- Direct and guide educational institutions in using evaluation records and student record books in cases of implementing electronic evaluation records and student record books.
- Report trực tiếp bóng đá k+ results of organizing student evaluations to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Education and Training as stipulated in Article 8 ofCircular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.
Office of Education and Training Responsibilities:Direct trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Heads of educational institutions to organize student evaluations in their areas; report trực tiếp bóng đá k+ results to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Department of Education and Training.
Department of Education and Training, Office of Education and Training Responsibilities:Track, check, and resolve difficulties and obstacles during trực tiếp bóng đá k+ implementation of this Circular in their localities.
How are periodic evaluations conducted for students enrolled in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Adult Literacy Program?
According to Article 7 ofCircular 10/2022/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations on periodic evaluations for students enrolled in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Adult Literacy Program are as follows:
* Periodic evaluation of academic content of subjects:
- Periodic tests
+ Each subject will have four (4) periodic tests per semester at times suitable for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ program schedule, including three (3) tests during trực tiếp bóng đá k+ semester and one (1) final test at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ end of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ semester. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ score of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ final test is multiplied by a factor of 2, while trực tiếp bóng đá k+ scores of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ tests during trực tiếp bóng đá k+ semester are multiplied by a factor of 1;
+ trực tiếp bóng đá k+ test for each subject shall be designed based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ achievement requirements of each subject as stipulated in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Adult Literacy Program. Periodic evaluations for thematic study clusters shall not be implemented;
+ For Vietnamese and Mathematics subjects, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ test duration is 70 minutes. For trực tiếp bóng đá k+ remaining subjects, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ test duration is 35 minutes;
+ trực tiếp bóng đá k+ tests are graded on a 10-point scale. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ test score can be an integer or a decimal rounded to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ nearest tenth;
+ Students missing periodic tests can take make-up tests. Make-up tests are conducted in each semester. If trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student does not take trực tiếp bóng đá k+ make-up test, they will receive a score of 0 (zero) for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ missing test.
- At trực tiếp bóng đá k+ end of each semester, teachers shall evaluate students in each subject based on frequent evaluations, achievement requirements, and specific indicators of subject competency in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following levels:
+ Excellent: Fulfils all learning requirements well and frequently demonstrates specific competencies related to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject;
+ Satisfactory: Meets trực tiếp bóng đá k+ learning requirements and demonstrates specific competencies related to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject;
+ Not Yet Satisfactory: Does not meet some learning requirements or does not demonstrate specific competencies related to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject.
* Periodic evaluation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ formation and development of qualities and competencies:
At trực tiếp bóng đá k+ end of each semester, teachers will assess students based on observations and comments on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ formation and development of each primary quality and core competency, and these will be evaluated as follows:
- Good: Fully meets educational requirements, demonstrates clear and frequent indications;
- Satisfactory: Meets educational requirements, demonstrates clear but not frequent indications;
- Needs Improvement: Does not meet educational requirements, demonstrates unclear indications.
