Member universities of universities are granted autonomy to establish undergraduate programs when vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions are met:

- Conditions for establishing undergraduate programs stipulated in Clauses 1 and 2 Article 33 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Higher Education 2012(amended by Clause 18 Article 1 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw amending and supplementing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Higher Education 2018);

- Conditions for exercising autonomy of member universities stipulated in Clause 2 Article 32 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Higher Education 2012(amended by Clause 17 Article 1 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw amending and supplementing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Higher Education 2018).

Based on Article 3 ofCircular 02/2022/TT-BGDDT, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training institutions, which are universities, must meet vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general conditions when establishing undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral training programs, including:

(1)Meet vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay proposed training field and training level.

(2)Meet vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements for teaching staff.

(3)Meet vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements for infrastructure.
